    Plugs are at 0.8 ngk i cant remember the particular numbers have search for a vac leak and nothing about 11-12psi boost

    Hi all im having an issue with my r33 gtst rb25det it has a misfire/backfire when i change gear its doing my head in an im not sure where to go from here if anyone has any suggestions that would be epic. 1993 R33 gtst *new plugs *splitfire coil packs *walbro 450 *fmic *gfb bov *hks mush pod *3" exhaust unsure what it is tbh Thanks in advance everyone.

    Turned out plenum gasket gave out replaced it and now back to driving perfectly thankyou guys for input

    Hey guys driving happily as i always do when im in my r33 gtst and all of a sudden car losses power and suddenly revs by itself from 0000rpm to 1200rpm turbo spooling still but now sound like a hyperactive whippersnipper wtf have i done to her litterally in tears right now... looked over intercooler piping and nothing but noticed oil around plenum any one with ideas??

    Original idea was to buy a rb26 and work that for a while but decided against it as im not looking gor extreme power just enough to be happy with. Ive still got other problems ive been seaching on here i might have to make a new thread my power steering works when i first drive it then if i stop at shops n start again no power steering if anyone has had this problem can u post a link ive looked at many and tried many things to no avail

    Definately deal with irwin from Skyline Spares in wetherill park hes awesome. I do all my car shopping needs there from walbro fuel pumps to hicas lock kits splitfire coil packs. His contact number is 0297252569 and true story hes no rip off merchant either.

    I was looking into getting power fc i didnt know they were dated i thought they were bees knees when it came to it...... this is my first turbo car and im learning so much i just want it to have a bit more balls lol and to make it run a fair bit smoother

    Great im obviously out of my depth as i thought the nistune was for an r33 ecu. Money isnt an issue as long as its worth it in the long run. I thought it was gonna be as simple as plug in then tune then dust hands n happy days lol. Turns out im the simple one.

    Nistune or aftermarket ecu?? Hey guys just wanting to get my car tuned and i have a standard ecu. From what ive researched im at a stage of either buying an apexi ecu or getting a nistune done and im just wondering who has either one on an r33 and which would be better. Cheers in advance
