next was onto the front castor bars had to fit the new ones that are adjustable as the 31's are not adjustable from factory

um ok started by taking the exhust back off & resealing it & refitting them due to it leaking after I fitted it first off

started the day normal way roled out a bed about 8am breaky & started woking on the car Oh yaaahhh for me

nothing really going on for me just.....

Your best bet is to take it to a panel shop that way too u know for sure if the sub frame is bent or not & every thing is done once & no more probs there after the job is finished

um mac30 sorry to be the bearer of bad news mate but most work shops are not going to want to know about this sort of work mate just for the simple fact is that once they have replaced things that "look" like needing replacment & any thing gose wrong there after,why I say that is if u having another crash they can be held in the wrong for it because of a part that has failed that at the time of the work being done was seen to be ok but as for parts I would do as DVS33T has said try just jap & also have a bit of a look around to find if any other model S's (13,14,15) are the same???? Good luck with it mate hope it dose not cost u to many $ $ $ $
