  1. Cool, I didn't get as many as I'd have liked. I'll scan mine in this afternoon, if someone can give me somewhere to post them up??
  2. Yeah, folding stuff is good. I had a good look yesterday, and found out my new brakes screech is all the brake dust I threw everywhere. Shouldn't cost too much folding stuff Yeah, I'll be there with the Torana club
  3. Hey silly question, but did anyone get any footage of that mini and i racing?
  4. Yeah, sponsorship would be great... did some majoy wearing over the weekend, only thing is I'm not sure paper will fix any of it!!
  5. i've seen a thread trashing a couple of shops over in canberra.
  6. And he did, many of them.. Track day was AWESOME
  7. Cheers, No way I'm letting a mini past the mighty RB20... Four hour drive well worthwhile. Thanks Fatz. I'm in next time.
  8. Eh, really, this topic is pretty broad. The drags should be good.
  9. ARM and I are heading up tommorow, armed with tyres to kill. :rave:
  10. I'm going
  11. Trident. Rap has phat base. Thats the simple answer. And it talks about opression, and "the man". It just does it a different way If anyone has a better idea I'm fully open to that, no worries!!! As long as the lines go, I'll show...
  12. Get keen JAS. Its going to be great. I have a spare tyre iron, so problem solved
  13. So I rang the guy from LH. He said they had 7 car groups last year... so know what we are after. They have BEDS for 90 people, and the accomadation is around $47.30 per day per person. This is with breaky, lunch (which we can take away also) and a hot dinner. $3 extra for a hot breaky Also full use of the facilities. They have TONS of parking of course, and have catered for groups of up to 370. Kids are only $33 a head, and the younger the cheaper which is great if anyone brings rugrats. DATES FREE: 8 - 9 - 10 April 29 - 30 April 1st May Weekend of 29th May. See http://www.laurelhillforestlodge.com.au for more. I don't think we can go past this place for ease. The guy offered to meet us and talk about what we need, and they can do whatever it is. EG, menus, table service (as if). So there you go!
  14. A street addy for those less confident would be great....
  15. CSU is good :rave:
  16. ARM85, After I loaned you wheels you'd better fill MY backseat first, 19 year old brunettes please
  17. Eh, I'm wrong all the time 40 kms is nothing really. And I sure don't know what I'm doing I am going to call the people today the get prices and stuff.
  18. Whew!!! Trident, I see what you mean As I posted earlier LH has about 60 to 80 single beds, and that seems a nice number to start with. LH could not cope with 300 cars, it may cope with the poeple, but not the cars.. also withthat many people you would want more facilities around (with that many cars someone may break down or something). Spares don't arrive for days up there either. Hey Trident, imagine how you'd feel watching the local tow truck people scratching your pride and joy up onto a truck... Or better still towing with those hills with a ute!!! another minor issue I was thinking with LH is where do we get feul, I can only run 98 now, and I'm sure there is some other people in the same boat. Tumut would be closest at 70+km...
  19. Hey guys, Al, LH is around 4ish hour from Melbourne and Sydney, around 3ish for Canberrians. Point taken re: gay bar. Maybe anyone who brings a carful of single girls gets in for free or something Does anyone else have a spot based in Albury or surronds? How about near Winton (although is getting towards 5ish hours from Sydney.) I hope some people are going to turn out for the 23rd at Narrandra, should be a great day
  20. It sure is, I used to stop there a bit when I was biking How many are comming?
  21. Yeah, I enjoyed that night, pitty there weren't some more lines there though (Shame on you all!!!)
  22. Yeah, We will meet up and have a look at how many people and stuff we can cater for... It could be bigger than ben hur. I missed the dinner but was in Braddon Saturday and met a few ACT guys, they seemed pretty keen to do something. I'd guess if we could get 50 or so (which shouldn't be that hard) we could make it cost effective. We could cater, even do a throw around for charity... Tsunami maybe??? Get the media in? Around here most days are slow news, so that shouldn't be too hard. Also would be good to get some positive press, and exposure for the club.
  23. Some of the roads are a little ordinary, but you can drive around the big potholes I'll make some calls and get the prices. Deposits a must, and I know a few people who would go to the meeting, me included Definatley BYO though, its MUCH easier.
  24. I've got a Wolf 3d and its great. Drivability actually got better, but its all in the hands of the tuner. As long as the tuner knows whatever system they are tuning, it appears people are happy with the results. I picked up around 60hp (ballpark people) or so. I had modifications before the tuning, and its noticably faster to drive, and has a LOT more throttle response.
  25. How about we post onto the NSW/ACT/VIC forums once we establish a date... I think we need a show of hands (maybe a poll?) of who would really come... and would pay for it of course. I kinda know the current owners, and I don't think it would be very expensive if we booked the whole place out. There would be bed accomadation for 60 - 80 people, plus BULK floor space - not to mention camping if anyone is THAT crazy. So, lets get the ball rolling, April (even easter) would be a great time, Autumn is very nice up there as you know. Anyhow LH camp = :rave: I've also got some DJ stuff if we need it.
