How much for diff and shafts..?

Ive got a C4 auto in my R33 and just want to know what others see on the temp gauge. I dont have one as yet but will order one soon. I have a good size cooler at the moment but dont want to have issues with the auto getting to hot. What size cooler cores are people running with modified autos...? Is anyone running a thermo fan to help cooling..? Also for people running a C4, what have you done to get the speedo to work correct..? Cheers

The guy I bought them off says they are identical but Injector Dynamics just adds on the fancy anodised tip and charges extra for them.

Just be careful on where you get them. I was told mine were ID2000s but are really Bosch 2200cc. They are pretty much the same injector just not modified like the genuine IDs are

My dyno sheet doesnt start till about 4500 from the auto and we had to ease the throttle on in the midrange as it was wheel spinning. As for power at 100kph, cruising in top gear at 100 and stand on the throttle it would just light up the 18s

It should swap over, cooler pipes might be a little tighter to get on. Ive had dramas on the dyno too. 25/30 had a head rattle as it wasnt setup correct and a 26/30 that had oil cooler lines setup wrong resulting in a bent crank.

If you want more power buy my turbo setup.

Probably. Still have the 150hp nos shot to add in for midrange. Last time I was running almost new 245/17s tyres but will run my hard worn out 18s next time. And will add a few extra straps to help hold it tight

Garrett T51r 1.05 rear and 24psi thru a C4 auto. Didnt get to run anymore boost as we were getting wheelspin on the dyno. Will be back on the rollers soon with E85 and more boost

I didnt see the point in spending $500+ for a intercooler. If there is a pressure drop turn the boost up more. lol

The 30 would be the bang for buck option and they are still cheap if looking at forged pistons and rods.

Dont know. When is the track day..? I still need to run bigger oil cooler lines and get the id2000s in and tuned. Dont know how well it will go around a track being auto. lol

How strong a mix do you run for pump + meth..? Have you had any trouble with the fuel separating..? Or do you just mix it as needed..?

Any ideas of a date yet as I might be interested in bringing my 33 over from Tassie for a run as our drag strip has its last round for the season next week and I dont have a engine yet. I dont have a cage yet so will only get one full pass. lol

I wish I had only spent 50k. lol Mine has had so many changes over the years with things I have been unhappy with. When I got it, it had a RB25 with TD06-20g making 245rwkw. Added haltech and made 300. Got sick of that and had a twin turbo setup and made 399. Killed the engine. Built a 25/30 with the twins. Changed twins to Garrett T51r, then changed the head to a 26. Add in the broken gearboxes, fuel system upgrades, dyno tunes and the list goes on and on. Finally ended up with a 26/30, T51r, nos, C4 auto, should have it up and running again soon so will be nice to get it on the street. And still have more to do.... lol

It will cost you twice the price of that car to build up something. Thats after all the breakages and hidden expenses. I wish I had my time over as for what ive spent on my 33 I could have bought a very modded 34 GTR. lol
