Considering the car went in on a tilt tray truck with no engine.... haha

Its a shame as the engine was going to make some good power. The engine was built and shipped here so only needed to be fitted. I was going to fit it myself but didnt have the time. I wish I made time now. lol
Its been sent back to the builder for a new crank and whatever else is needed to get it up and running again.
Next tune will be on E85. Thats why im interested to see what everyone else is doing.
If I need a 3rd 044 then so be it.
RB30 crank. Nothing special. The workshop that fitted the engine here in Tassie hooked the oil cooler lines backwards so oil was pumped to the wrong side of the filter relocation kit and things were a little starved of oil.
Tried pulling the release cable. Wont budge.
Inside the boot lid there are 2 bolts that hold the latch to the lid. What would happen if these were undone..?
A friend has a R33 that she recently bought. The key doesnt unlock the boot and the boot release lever is broken. How can we get the boot open. I pulled the back seat out of mine and can reach thru with a long flat screwdriver and open mine. Tried the same thing with her car and it wont open.
Any ideas...?
I did a 98 map and one for avgas mix same dyno about 25mins apart. dont remember injector dc tho.
Went from 420rwkw @ 19psi to 475rwkw @ 24psi. And then we picked up on the oil problem that resulted in a bent crank...
Sounds like my setup will be very similar to yours with the nismo lift, 5lt (atleast) surge tank, twin 044s, twin lines to the rail. I just havent got the ID2000s yet.

I had one of these in my 33. It was fine till the car saw the track and a few big burnouts up to 4th gear. Didnt last long after that. Went straight for a Jim Berry "full Monty" and could do standing start 3rd gear burnouts with this. I like the feel of the clutch but combined with my driving style couldnt keep gearboxs together.
What is the price for 2000's these days. I have 1000's already and 2x 044 feeding the rail. Wouldnt mind doing the upgrade before my engine comes back.
Considering the GTR is stock except form the wheels that are DriftR and semi slick tyres.
I will find out more for you this week if I can get in after work.
