lol, no worries. yeah i wasnt sure which forum it was pinned in, turned out it was in cosmetic and style mods.

i got pulled over by a detective once, because i crossed a solid white line. basically because he wasnt a traffic cop there wasnt much he could do. so he called out 2 traffic cops, they checked my licence, gave me the breatho and sent me off again. maybe because he was a drug team cop, it was out of his control. just an idea anyway.

really examples like that are hearsay, without a head to head comparison how can you judge? its like me saying - the last time japanese D1 drivers did a demo at mallala they couldnt do anything that the aus drifters couldnt

whats wrong with aussie drifters m3gtr? fair enough aus may not have the big name teams and the drift background that japan does. but from what ive seen there is no lack of standard in the local comps here!

both my dad and uncle rode bikes for years, and between them they had a few serious stacks all caused by cars that 'didnt see them' or cut them off. my cousins ex husband is dead because of an impact with a truck. they were all good riders, attended track days, my uncle even competed in 250s for awhile. the point is you can never predict what will happen/change in a street environment, no matter how good driver/rider u are. even once when i was cruising out in the country at night, and my passenger spots a kangaroo sitting on the side of the road during a corner i just passed, if it had decided to cross (which most seem to do) there would have been no way i could have braked in time, also at the brisk pace we were going (not over the limit) it would have been quite a mess.

i have also researched into this mod, theres info here and there, but i dont even know what projector bulb to start with. maybe later down the track ill see if i can get a pro to do it for me. i cant really justify the cost of s3 lights, guards bonnet, grill and whatever else needs to be changed.
