true. i had an old torana tailgating me on the freeway just the other day, so i waited until the uphill & gave it a bit of a boost, leaving him quite some distance behind (funny cos i could see he was trying to keep up), im sticking to the speed limit. so on the downhill the guy gets this huge run up and flys past me :confused:

haha, i love reading these story threads. ive found that these bogan type people that need to 'mouth off' about imports are intimidated by them. chances are theyve been blown away by a few skylines before, they cant do anything about it on the roads, so they have a go at you verbally + reel out the old "gunna supercharge it & smoke your car"

yep, that happens on any car with an air flow meter, you need to change the setting on your ecu to avoid it.

Yeah i read that too. it says it's an electronic controller for the intake cam.

i tried that once and yes it makes the atmospheric noise. not a good idea though, i believe the stock ecu compensates for the loss of air by over-fueling.

well thats the top two done, only local anasthetic and in the chair. im feeling pretty weird right now, not looking forward to the anasthetic wearing off. only one more wisdom tooth to go

i could go to work if i want, but the dentist says i wont want to go to work the next day so sounds good to me yeah, somehow i dont think ill be feeling that great on friday

pretty average day today, execpt for some heavy as rain. Getting wisdom teeth pulled out tomorrow so that should be fun
