  1. This is someone trying to make a quick buck, this car was sold the new owner has listed it for 120k. One guy also bought 2 33gtrs both of which I had looked at. The new owner then advertised them a week later for 10k and 15k over what was previously asked AND they have now both sold!
  2. Just get standard oil pump and fit it with billet gears and make sure you fit a crank collar (unless you have a long nose crank) this will ensure you don't have any future issues with the oil pump and if you choose to push it a little harder down the track you can. I would at least go metal head gasket and head studs for the same reason. As stated earlier the standard pistons and rods can hold a fair amount of power. I would also at a minimum put a sump baffle in.
  3. Are you going to go with the Garrett the workshop recommended? I'd say they 64/66 that's advertised on here is a good buy, might be able to get my hands on a 6boost manifold to suit it as well. That turbo on a 26 is insane! The most fun you can have with your pants on!
  4. I just installed a kenwood, has a digital radio and full Bluetooth integration with my phone, cost $180 on sale and works brilliantly. As for speakers look what size you can fit and work within a budget, my car had Polk splits up front and pioneer rears, I've also added a sound stream sub and amp and it sounds very good. All that I need anyway
  5. I know right, I was taking some of the pipes off to get ceramic coated when a washer fell and I thought it fell into the turbo. I didn't want to start the car and risk it so off with the turbos and while they were off... I'd already bought the single but wasn't intending to fit it just yet. And I did find the washer... How the hell it got under the heat shield and there I'll never know!
  6. 21 days exactly, got the letter in the mail and went straight to rms that day after work. I was checking the mail daily! Lol
  7. Hell yeah!! [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]time
  8. Even though the car is off the road the parts keep coming in, Fitted this today
  9. Yes 100% you should upgrade, Tomie or Nitto. At a minimum you can put Billet gears in the N1 pump. If you have an early model crank you will also need a crank collar
  10. Also selling these wheels for my friend, came off his r34 GTR, square set 18x10.5, rims are as new, not a mark on them Wedssport Fitted with Hankook RS3 tyres 2 are in excellent condition 2 are worn on the inside edges and don't have much life left in them $2000ono
  11. Dash's are sold I am selling a power FC Dejetro to suit an R34 GTR with twin map sensors $500ono Also an ashtray to suit nur spec 34GTR (mate ordered this for his car but it's wrong colour for his trim. $150ono part is brand new And also selling my -5 turbos, they are off the car, ready to go, in excellent condition, very little shaft play $1400ono
  12. Yes true, thanks Anf, when I say max, I just mean push it to a safe reliable level. The fuel system is solid, just not built to support big power. I'm not sure how far it will go, it's run 380awkw without issue and I won't push this motor too much past 500awkw. From what I understand my block has been fitted with the basic torque plate, not the plate that incorporates the girdle so it could be prone to cracking the block if I push it too hard, for now I'm hoping for around 450awkw on 98 and then I'd like to see early 500's on E85. So these numbers with the 68/70 turbo on a 3 l bottom end should be able to be achieved on relatively low boost. (I hope) I will be telling the tuner to aim for solid mid range response, not top end, the top end will be there regardless. When this turbo was on the 26 motor it was savage on boost! My mechanic has told me this turbo on a 3l is equivalent to a 64/66 on the 2.6, anyone who has driven or been in an rb26 with a 64/66 will know it's a lot of fun! That's what I want [emoji16]
  13. Yes that would be great, thanks
  14. Need to modify the bonnet and relocate the power steer reservoir but it all fits well and looks good [emoji4]
  15. So this happened today [emoji16]
  16. Dummy fitted it today, will need minor mods for bonnet clearance but fits
  17. And if you want something custom JEM have a guy that custom fabricates manifolds
  18. Goodluck with it, I'll be dummy fitting my 68/70, hopefully in the next couple of days. I measured what I can and I'm in the same boat as you, I think it's going to be a game of mm! Mines a 26/30 as well so always fighting for mm when it comes to under bonnet clearance lol
  19. Spotted very clean white 32 GTR Oran Park Drive, plates are 111GTR, Beautiful car
  20. Hey want, just read your thread, what internals did you end up going with and what turbos are you going to run?
  21. I'm hoping for 450-500awkw on 98 with that fuel set up, but who knows, might max out the pump earlier.
  22. Where you located white32? I've got a spare igniter and coil packs you could borrow to work out your problem. That way it won't cost you anything and once you know what it is you'll know what part to buy. Good luck
  23. Well after taking off the charge pipes to get them ceramic coated I thought, why not keep going! Lol No a little mishap means the turbos are now being removed and I just bought the complete hot side off my mate, which consists of a custom made manifold, Precession 68/70 turbo with dump pipe and waste gate and screamer pipe. Once I get the parts and dummy fit them to make sure it's all going to fit, I'm having the rear turbo housing and manifold ceramic coated then it's all being fitted. I'll be installing 2000cc injectors and a plazma man fuel rail and fuel pressure reg. then I'll get it tuned and just max out the fuel system see where we end up! I love the GTR life [emoji848] Oh yeah, and the parts which were going to be ceramic coated are now being put into storage. [emoji849] If anyone is after a mint set of -5's pm me, I'll be selling them once they are off. Just the turbos and actuators. I'm keeping dumps and charge pipes. (In case I ever go back to twins) [emoji4]
