  1. Dude, 280's effin massive, look around. It will idle like a bridge port. EDIT: Looky here, 3ses's, I found a Skyline with 280's idling like a rota... others
  2. Anyplace that sells a particular gate, should sell the manufactures extra springs as well, be it here or the US / Japan. No idea, but they wont if they're not the correct size. They could not seat on the actuator top or hat center, or even bind on each other (if running two springs) But those of similar dimensions (inc the gates actuator internal dimensions) will be ok. I think your right - was tired. Id assume its 60mm, ill check again and edit in the morning EDIT: course you cant EDIT posts over a few hours old on SAU, which is teh ghey. Those X and Y figures need a decimal place between last and second last digit obviously
  3. Common issue. With new Nissan insulators and o-rings, id suggest its the injector itself. Look close at the top of the injector. In the plastic, theres a small indent (from injection molding process i assume) Iv seen many leak from there. People have used araldite on the effected area with v.good results. $180/inj??? find a new injector place and check out the usual Greenline, Nengun etc. I picked up 6 Sard 700's for $650 2 years ago.
  4. TiAL 44mm 10psi spring Height - 600mm Width - 106mm Wire Width - 4.8mm 5psi Spring Height - 475mm Width - 35mm Wire Width - 3.75mm PS: Too tired to test bind height, but it cold be guesstimated i assume. If more users posted various gate's and springs, you could find something your after. GL

  6. You'll need a fuel pressure gauge and 5 minutes.
  7. Pull the spring out, measure its height and width, post it up
  8. Hey, I've never seen a red timing belt for an import. If you don't have a clear timing belt cover, u shouldn't really be leaving it exposed considering the worst case scenario.
  9. ....... .. ummm are these two separate issues, or has the 'hard to start' issue been instigated from the Nismo pump change? I thought u meant the later... as needing throttle input at cold start might be due to too much fuel delivery; checking your base would be the ticket no? Assuming the red text was meant to be "and", does the above mean, that when you put the std pump and reg back in - cold starting was fine, and by that do you mean you did a Nismo pump and an aftermarket adjustable FPR change? Search sau 'fuel base pressure' GL
  10. My hand and filter removal tool doesnt fit down there in a bnr32
  11. Would this be due to the loss of the "twin scroll" effect i wonder?
  12. Roy, how was it degrading; patches of it simply falling off the manifold?

  14. Stock filter cleaned with brake cleaner, and one of those perforated grippy kitchen "jar opener" matts works a treat too.
  15. Check if cyl 6 spark plug is wet with fuel.
  16. ^ maybe your just getting too smart Mafia lol
  17. I'm furious, GTFO ...lol
  18. ^^ +2 100% Iv never seen B before, but regardless, with it Y'd into A, would give a more accurate average boost then A alone. Maybe those comp covers had weird turbulence, requiring it - don't know.
