  4. lol, sorry man, was just taking the piss outa taxi As mentioned, turbo outlet to bottom half of WG. Top side leave free ( you can purchase little cork filters, to stop shite from getting in there) You'd hook it up, the same way as all bleeders I would think. Check TurboSmarts nice little PDF Doesnt matter u dont a T there... anywhere between turbs and throttle body will do. Cheers
  5. Do you mean Pac Performance?
  6. I think hes agreeing that an EBC is a good idea.. for the future.
  7. A lot more then a "factory special" block would be needed for frequent 10krpm trips. Increasing revs is a vedy vedy costly was of making more power.
  8. um, that sux! Hopefully its just the bulb eh
  9. Np yah, this could have def contributed. 2am was one of the times. Cheers
  10. Yah, the result isn't consistent. I too, have mates who've run atmo bov's on AFM'd cars just fine, which goes against the war cry As long as you can adjust the preload so it doesn't open at idle, it wont stall. To cure stalling when slowing, ppl raise the idle a little, so the idle solenoid doesn't have to work so hard to catch it. To cure the pops and flame during hi rpm gear shift, ppl lean out the fuel cells in that area, so leaning all the 0% throttle (vertical / load) cells in the higher rpm changes (horizontal) Some get it to work, some don't edit: read this post about my experiance... 4 yrs ago eeek
  11. Wasteland was born for whoring!
  12. Hrr, dont think so... tis got a front mount, driven by a larger fellow
  13. Surly I'm thinking Mafia's on the sulphuric money, but why 1st gear i still think? Theres no real load, creating no real boost to = the squeal + (real boost pressure) Stranger still...
  14. Rofl "love me dammit" I see a black R33 GTST almost 3 times a week, out on Sutton road??? Any one here????
  15. And it didnt help? It was that last 1/4 you shoulda used! Oh, no real OzRotary fame, just a JSR / RICE RACING / 13B BP TT / Toms silver arrow groupie I thought maybe with teh name, you prefere the longer papers... canberra style hahaha
  16. If its custom.. cant the fab'er make em for almost nothing?
  17. Thats wack. All I can think of, is that the tourqe of 1st is creating abnormal engine twist, and exhaust flange separation??? Strange Do the old "block exhaust at tip" and listen for leaks.
  18. ^^^ yah, i seemed to have missed that, in my "brittle ring set" rage Theres a few items in a decent rebuild, you can skimp on, and still make good power.. for a long time... but oil pumps and RB's ain't one of em
  19. I trust the stocko as I do Brian Peppers around my 3 gorgeous nieces... PS: Seaching SAU for dodgey gauge reading threads, crashed my monochrome Amiga
  20. I got no fkin idea bout the details on a GTST, but multiple applications of WD40, or what eva penetrator your using is the first thing. As Alex said, the fact the gears been heat cycled so often can make it a bitch... *cough shuffle* nothing like a GTR's dumps though... I almost stabbed a house mate over that.. jk.. kinda. sfrizza... are you ReACT sfrizza by any chance? Always wondered... ain't sfrizza's those extra long roiling papers?
  21. Good idea not posting this in the main Forced Induction thread... you'd be slain All Skylines, as far as I know.. use BOV's that don't seal 100% They leak constantly through a small hole, to smoothen out response when driving. (clearly as they're leaking back to a point in front of the turbo behind the AFM, this doesn't upset running. You cannot make the stock BOV work atmo, unless you block that hole up. But hell, don't listen to me, i had to, 4 yrs ago, try it... hahhaa. I only made it home by left foot braking, and always applying throttle when doing so... Lack a GF and need some toosh toosh, then grab a proper atmo bov and tune it to NOT STALL with your bender / PFC / full ECU... Just say'n
  22. With all due respect, fark that line of thinking. I personally, know ppl that have smashed N1's ring sets. Imagine all the ppl that keep quiet. I think cases have gone past the "odd case" Busting a built motor due to a failure of a aftermarket part is a joke. You did say you wouldn't be red lining it, but in reality, when your motor is built, in the car, and you've got your foot flat in S13 chassis, RWD... its going to smack the limiter... god hopes you don't have a ign cut with a DJetro... Tomei type prices... almost warrants a proper 4stg (min) dry sump. The choice isnt clear cut IMO - Just my ramblings...
  23. LoL, you sound like a ecstatic new Skyline owner, or import owner AWESOME to see someone happy with their car, its usually "f_ck me dry, my shits cutting out, dropping boost, using too much fuel etc" Ride the happy wave You only get desensatised, jaded and bored from here on in :0
  24. Np man. But do some searching on SAU. I think i rem Cubes talking about grabbing the pack from a R31 for almost nothing... or making your own if you get stuck.
