  1. Trent, you should host a prime time game show; you've started a few suspense filled "omg results! guess what/who" haha 300rwkw@3Krpm, falls over @ 5.5k... def not any supra iv seen ;0
  2. Skylines and engine bay noises, do search... When were your timing belt idler and tensioner pulley's last replaced? I've had this issue, I reckon i was a few weeks away from a seized bearing, overheated and snapped timing belt Sure its not your injectors? If you race the motor, does the noise disappear on the decel? What oil and when was it changed last? Regardless, poke about the engine bay with a long screwdriver on your ear.
  3. Waaahht?
  4. Harsh but efficient I'm inferring that i know there are articles out there, on how to achieve the correct result, so if hes truly read them and is still having issues, he'd be best to list those said sources of info, and describe the delta he's having.
  5. Cant argue with teh man Ash, if he wants to loose a lil bita power, and a LOT of response in summer, its his own prerogative
  6. BNR32's have no hose between pump and sock. Socks mounted straight to the pump, with both sitting in a cradle on the bottom of the tank. I assumed BNR33's were the same. Maybe you don't have a OEM factory GTR pump, or maybe you do, but someones geared it up for a GTST? You could use bundy tube between pump and sock. GTST and Silvia setups are why ppl often opt for the quick Nismo bolt in option. Theres a fair deal of info on SAU, maybe link to some setups youv found and describe the delta your having... otherwise no ones going to help a 2 poster who hasn't done the yards
  7. Have you guys come up with any idea's as to why this occurs on 3 & 4...? ... maybe its the reason CRD and others are big on multi point, head coolant relief setups.
  8. One can machine up a fitting to suit, as per a 044 DIY i did Odd, might be worth seeing if you can send the dead pump to Bosch Australia for a pull apart, and diagnostic. Maybe the pickup is too low lol.
  9. is the pump pickup using a sock at same height and position as the original?
  10. ALL GTR's have a front wheel tourqe gauge afaik.
  11. LoL, Z32 (a 300ZX model) seems to be like THE most used aftermarket AFM for RB25's.
  12. DECEIVE has made 400rwkw with a .82 and cams in a 26 @ 1.6(?) bar hasn't he?
  13. Oil is normal for motors re-circ'ing thier blow by (OEM style) 20ml's a tad excessive though. Clean it up, and comp / leak down test.
  14. Search. Ppl have fitted the larger Craig Davies into the stock shroud with good results.
  15. That does sound trick. Ryan, since adding to this thread, I think another 3 build threads have popped up! lol. Prank, checkout how "bodyspace" works on bodybuilding.com. It sounds like, what your talking about.
  16. The gauge should flicker when ever you put your foot down. Accelerating mildy out of any corner will move some power to the front. Does the ATTESSA ECU, have a fault code system like the main ECU, somone on here will know.
  17. Carry a few litres of toluene.
  18. Some of those tweaked supra / background / sky shots make me happy inside
  19. Glad uv enjoyed. Iv was obsessed a fews back about making a tube frame (think edge buggy with slicks) with a 1L turbo bike motor, alas it been regated to the 'list" When you really look into the inherent driving characteristics of an all out, track cart with almost more HP then KG, it can change the way you see your own personal motorsport requirement I'm happy pouring all my $ into my squishy 1.5 tonne road car for now lol.
  20. As a temp fix, could you look up the output type of the sensor, and chuck a resistor on the pins, to simulate 210C maybe kinda? EDIT: Checking the curve on the sensor, 210C looks to be about 2.65k Ohms.
  21. Bah, ppl do misguided things all the time and ppl will laugh; its the law of teh jungle. They're generally laughing at the humor of the incident not the person (i know i chuckled) A of mine has some good advice hah
  22. Could the crank distortion seriously be that great? I know of 2000 HP drag racing 2J's in the US run a hall effect and disc on the crank to limit timing errors from cam belt stretch, but crank twist? Crazy stuff
  23. ...yall regret'o when getting ghetto... or sumfan
