1st and foremost, funnily enough Im not targeted in my imports. It has always been in my parents car - maybe you should read my post again. Ok, fair enough they patrol 'the parks' but its ridiculous when an officer does an illegal u-turn and tails me, during which time he passes a car that has one blown/dim headlight (in which the same car I was driving was considered unroadworthy in the past and given a defect) then proceeds to pull me over just for a license check. Now, is that not only being targeted but also being discriminated against? Sure, maybe calling SAPOL low lifes is not called for but when YOU feel TARGETED you dont really become considered anything in my views atm. In addition to this, you dont really portray to the general public a very good image of 'to serve and protect'. If there was a crime/accident, I dont think the police would be the point of call. But then again, a rotten apple(s) cant be used as a generalisation of SAPOL as a whole.

ash, do you know the guy who drives the black r34 coupe. i saw it come out of the tech centre on a few occasions when im heading into mlakes.

i also helped andrew (nightcrawler) with his fmic install. from what i recalled he had a cai box which is basically an alternative stock airbox. maybe give me a nudge.

search forums, there is a thread on the use/benefits (if any) of pvc as intercooler piping that goes on for pages and pages. that nots not what your asking, if your doing custom fabrication then what the issue? hence 'custom'

ok who was the fool who decided to fishtail it out of bp servo at pooraka. i was driving past there this morning to work, he must have seen me and wanted to prove a point. roads were wet at the time, he exited the servo driving on the limiter, i could hear it bouncing off the rev lim. seriously, its ppl like YOU who get us targeted. was a marron r33, wasnt you was it redgtst?? raises eyebrow*

a pipe is a pipe, stronger or not doesnt matter. as long as it does the job. why waste your money?? ppl have used pvc for crying out loud haha - dont know how well that went though.

yeah ive got pics of a r34 install. used a blitz intercooler. just look in my gallery. imho, thats the best bet cause cross over pipe = headache fabrication to the structure of the car/pipes itself. let me know if you need any help etc etc

i think its also the area joel but a sudden u turn just to pull me over. i cant even see a car's number plate going the opposite direction at that time, not to mention he was able to. very strange cause one time, a police car drove down her street, whilst i was dropping my missus off in her drive way, with flood lights on the house. spotted a white porsche 911 turbo (current shape and in race spec, had stickers, cage etc etc) on a trailer pulled by a porsche caynaee - those 4wd one's. was quite a sight.

ATTENTION 'GTSTD1' a little of topic, but answer me this cause atm i see the police force as low lifes. i have been targeted on numerous occasions, and it happened again about 15 mins ago!! using what happened a couple of minutes ago as an example, i was minding my own business taking my missus home when i see a police car going the opposite direction pull a u turn who proceeds to follow me into the side streets then straight away puts on the disco balls. i was asked for a 'random' check - yeah right, after bout 5 mins comes back and says ok you can go. now, you tell me what is up with that? i KNOW i am targeted as when i go to drop my missus off at her house, the copper has already parked his car there and when i arrive he drives just a little bit further down the road but waits. now its was dead quite on the road, how can he 'randomly' pull me over when he obviously went out his way to follow me. what i would like to know is do you keep my license on record or do you keep my plates on record cause im damn sure its one or the other. rant over. Hey guys, I would like to know if anyone has a afm - for a r33 series 2 if there are differences, and a set of coilpacks - for series 2 as well, that I can borrow for a day or two. For the coilpacks, if anyone has spitfires that would be even better. Im trying to pinpoint a missing idle and I would much appreciate it if I borrow these items to eliminate the possibilities. If you would like something in the form of beer/meal etc etc as a gesture thats no problems. Thanks in advance, Duc.

Ive found something really odd when I went to set my idle valve this morning. Looking at my ecu, there doesnt seem to be any idle adjustment valves or is there any blinker to give you signals when you do a diagnostic.I took of the plastic cover that protects the holes and there is nothing behind it. I have a series 2 r33 but that shouldnt make a difference. What the FUDGE!?

spotted a gtt heading out of bp around the corner from my house. was white and had gold rims (blitz or the likes). nice
