i understand the perspective you coming from andrew particualr since you've experienced it first hand. persoanlly, i just cant stand the false alarms - hasnt happened on the 33 but the sil gets it all the time. thing is though, when an alarm goes off a majority of people just ignore it as they assume its only a false alarm when in fact that may not be the case. i guess this is where the pager then comes in handy.

i spoke to pete today and his car is prowling the streets. cant wait to hear it and go for a drive when i drop by his place.

everything add-on avaliable for it minus the windows up. i didnt really see any need for it at this stage.

correction, i mean installation manual (not the blue booklet)

its all in the manual sam. if you really want to start it when cold, i can adjust it for you since leon and i fiddled with mine a few times. if you know what im saying.

i tested the sensetivity on the boomerang alarm and i must admit it pissed me off after a few tests.

thats due to the crank sensor and crank timing period not adjusted correctly to compensate for the cold weather

thats true, less nerve racking but ive noticed that false triggering can also be a pain in the ass. i added additional add-on's to the sil80's alarm pager and noticed when it was arm, jack and chewbacca (my dogs) ran past the car it would give off a deterrant warning. porblem with this is that a/ could kill your battery and b/ make you more paranoid if it is a false alarm

i dont know bout you andrew - since yours is not on yet im assuming, but im bored with the auto start after two weeks. Sam, do you use your auto start function anymore?

ok maybe that was written out wrong. i was trying to say nobody thinks that someone is going to target their car just b/c they have a soft top - if that made sense. unfortunately, my car is in the garage where nobody can see it - not intentionally either.
