  1. i wouldnt have a clue atm. Depends on how much materials cost - metal/steel/aliminium what is used can be a it pricey last i looked. Im sure i can make them for less than the $130 odd there going for atm. Cant rememeber if will's used bolts or rivets. But i will make one and then go from there.
  2. and apply it to road tuning. Im definately going that option once i get my pfc. I remember fiddling with dan's when he got his fitted and tuned. hehehe
  3. im good mate, bit cold but good. yourself?
  4. ditto. ill offer a price when i know the rough price of a rebuilt of the clutch plate. mase?
  5. it should be. Wish i know how to do real life road tuning of the pfc since he has the hand controller. He wants me to attend and film the dyno tune tomorrow then on friday duc's r34 is getting dyno tuned at the same place and i think he wanted me there too. =S
  6. not a problem. I wonder where he gets them from. hhhmm
  7. thats understandable. If your keen then i would just need money for the materials, i aint going to make a profit of you sam. :chairshot :lock:
  8. hopefully he's going to sell the oil cooler to me. Nah, the pfc isnt hooked up yet. He got george at gt autosound to install it today along with a fuel pump apparently, we were there yesterday to get a hole cut in the engine bay for the fmic and he was talking bout his appointment. Although, I dont know why he's getting/got the pfc installed though because 1/its plug and play which means its basically not hand to install even my sister can do it 2/ it would more than likely be running in limp mode until it can be tuned properly which he's getting done tomorrow at bw.
  9. this is the exact cai box will has. I dont know if it does any good would it wouldnt hurt having one. Andrew, would you be keen for one too for the 34? =D If so i would need your car or at least access to its engine bay. =D =D
  10. sam, do u want a cai box for your 33? Im going to get will's cai box - the one he bought of max, and fabricate it for 33's and 32's. I inspected it when we had to remove the air filter and its looks quite easy to do as long as i can get the materials. So are you keen?
  11. btw will is definately serious bout upping the performance on his car sam. When i was there i discovered his pfc, fmic - which we installed and oil cooler. Didnt see any aftermarket turbs though. His getting a tune tomorrow morning supposively @ boost worx.
  12. ah thanks alot for that sam. Does it require a harderner for the fille, if so would any do or would the assistant know?
  13. all i have to say is nothing is a bolt on kit. It took most of the afternoon - we had to run around for food/misc duties. Performance? I wouldnt have a clue, you would have to ask will that but i recall him saying is that it doesnt make a difference which i then replied its just a safety modification. btw do you remember the name of the filler that you were going to recommend for me to use on the car - its all sanded back now. Just need to fill some dents and its ready for primer. yipee
  14. sorta poor and modding cars dont go hand in hand. rb man - are you negotiable on the nismo suspension. on your car atm?

  16. member of sau - nsw? us guys from adelaide should make a whole heap of them.
  17. he has the same cai as shown above only difference is that its in a r33. Looks quite easy to fabricate.
  18. co-incidently today while i help install a mates fmic, i noticed that he had a cai box for his car although it was on a r33. Now im unsure of the dimensions of its compared to the space in the 32, but if its similar i can use my friends cai as ad mould that to fit your's. btw do you know if the r32 gtr engine bay - where the pods are similar to the r32 gtst's even though the gtr has 2 pods there.
  19. what vehicle is it for? im assuming a 32 going from your info.
  20. co-incidently i was at gt autosound today. both george's s15 - blue/pink one's, looked nice up close not to mention the rx8. *drools*
  21. good evening guys. i just had mongolian @ will's restaurant. We spent the majority of the afternoon fitting his fmic.
  22. im gonna get off the comp now. talk to you another time sam :waves: keep whoring slim. =D
  23. slim damm that is an awesome job there slim. Im thinking of getting a full respray now. Was that an entire back yard respray? sam im not sure but i think he got the just jap fmic kit that was on special for $550. Didnt ask him bout sunday.
  24. yeah just a respray slim. Most of it has been sanded back to primer - wished i asked prior to starting it. Ah wells. btw will just got his fmic today sam. you betta watch out. rofl
  25. yeah sam, still sanding. Its almost complete. Would you believe that the colour under the matt black on the vented bonnet is the purple/blue thats was originally on the front fenders. oh btw, i dont really need to sand back to primer do i sam? just as long as its flats with no shine/gloss is ok?
