  1. Purple plug on idle switch and tps disconekted, 600rpm Have a ignition wire betern coil and plug to get most acuret reading 15° btdc = 4 mark, 1st is 0 Car is alsow stock exept for exhaust and a K&n open air filter

Cas has alsow been changed back and forth, timing belt have alsow been cheked a few times Series 1 Stagea with a rb25det S2, or a s1.5 not sure, its a 1997 model and know ther was some stuff around there, do not have ign moduel on the coils. have been chasing gremlins for about 2 years, at some point you have to try wird shit, a friend told me it could work, not that it would work, and should be abel to manualy change, i dont know before i have tryed, but if you say it wont work, sure

I have problems with the igniton timing and have had that for about 1-2 years, tryed to adjust multiple times, it showes as "corekt" and then it isent, car is slugish, slow, backfires, cherry red turbo after 10min drive. Changed plugs, coils, maf, fule pump, fule filter, have alsow tried a different Oem ecu with no luck, had a sugestion to try a manual ecu and shift it myself to se if that would solve the problem. Would go for a aftermarket ecu but nothing suports s2 auto
  4. Hi. I have been trying to figure out what wcu's that cross over the same harnes, but whatevwr i google i don't realy get a good answer. I have truble with my rb25det s2 4wd auto car, and want to try to use a Manual ecu in it to se if it migth help with the problems im having, problem is that i have no idea what ecu that wil work with the engien. And yes i do know that the gearbox wont shift on its own if i put a manual ecu in it,
  5. Hehe id that worked ir woid be awsome, figured out whst wier goes to what and i tried multiple times, got the acc to flash a few times but thats it. I alsow have no headligrhs for some reason and i think they migth be conekted somhow All fuses work, and i hear a click feom the relay behind the ecu when turning key, and the head ligth relay clicks when u toen on the switch, i have everhthing exept for head and hige beams Most enoyong part is that i got it towed to my workshop so i dident have to sit outside, then the bastard started, now after 1 week its f**ket agen :C
  6. Hellow and happy new year! I have had the pleasure having my ignition barrle crap out on me so i am unable to start my car. And therfor im trying to finde an ignition barle wiering diagram or somthing htat tels me the collor of the wiers, location and what they do since im trying to put in a "push to start" until i can sorce a new one!
  7. Aah ivse, dident think ther was that mutch presure. The problem i have is that we the repair shops dont do thus type of work unless its oem part, and the companies i jave spokento says no, itb mostly because we have regulations on what and who are alowed to work ok cars an be on cars, but gonna look around a bit more thank for the info tho! And not just say "because i say so" ?
  8. How so? They are strong and can withstand hige presure, as long as you buy the corekt hose The price wil probebly be more expensive if ingo to somone ro make ir due to wher i live, alsow they most likly wont do it because it is car related and stearing related.

  11. Ther is adapter that can be used mostly, on the pump side is a normal banjo so not hard to find On the rack side is a bit wors but shoud be posible if i can figure out the siced

  14. Hi! I have had the pleasure of having my high pressure line on my power steering start leeking. Tried to so a quick fix to no help, and since stagea parts arent easy to come by where i live, i was wondering if anyone have swapped out the oem with AN connections and hose?

I need some help finding pads and rotors for the rear on my wgnc34 1997 rs4 2.5turbo, i have digured macima fits the front, but have been googeling for days now witout finding anything on the rear... Ye si know "do an upgrade" but u do not have the mony for that now and realy need new brakes..

We call them spark plugs ? after i changed out the o2 sensor the car started acring bormal exept for the missfire at hige rpm and full throtle running 0.8mm on a bitt colde rplugs then original, dont remeber more then they are NGK, shoud be mlre then enouf for a stock engien as far as i know. Yhea im from norway ?
  18. Was the lambda that caused the isues, chabhed it and the isue resolved itself, still have som missfire isues at hige rpm, but stock coils do the same so think my harnes migth be bad.

  20. Cant leave the car running when u have to get the kid from kindergarden, somone migtj be jelly. Out ther on the webs, when u just search For stuff about the yellow jacket ther ar eppl talking about craks, bad this bad thst so ther are indecators on the coils beeing bad, but are gonna pur the oem back in, not thst i think ther wil be any diffrence
  21. Disconekted the temp sensor, drove it for 5 minutes, stoped the car, when i started it 5 min after the car woudent start befor i replugged it
  22. I know ther is alot pf hate on the yellow jacket, but was all i had cash for, have been unemploied for 2 years, and they seam fine, been looking over then for all the normall stuff that ppl cpmplain about. But always worth the try
  23. Wil try I can try bit dubt it wil do anything, error acured after i finaly figured out my timing isue, feels like the car stil has timing isues but is 99%sure it dosent,

Hi ther all friends and foes, i have recently had huge problems with my RB25det S2 (auto) , wher the car is running fine when cold, when it starts getting up to temp its starts to mess up, somtimes at 3000 somtimes at 4000, and when its warm up its ok agen. At one od the videos below, i have full throtle, car struggels and dosent do anything, then hits 4000rpm and it launches. Btw. Dont mind the temp gauge, belive the sensor for the gauge is messed up so it lives it own life Ther is no air leaks, no vacume leaks, coils are new, plugs are new, tried replacing maf 2 times. When MAF is disconekted the engien wil stop. Alsow from what i can finde online, the tps is supose to have 5v (i have around 4.5) when fully open, and betwen 0.3-0.5 when closed (alot of wierd answers on the internett) Stuff that have recently been done: - Adjusted timing to 15° (pulled TPS and Brown idle controll valve stick) - New coils - New plugs "Mods" -3" exhaust from turbo and back - pod filter 20190319_211111.mp4 20190319_211250.mp4
