i tried check the IC piping and it's good. i do not have a seized turbo.. THERE IS SO MANY IDEAS I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE TO CHECK! okay. 1st. my wastegate might be seized open ? 2nd. check the AFM plug.. ? 3rd. i have a boost leak ? where is the AFM plug? i jus purchased this and it's all new to me

I just recently purchased my 1990 Skyline GTS-T Type M and i cannot seem to get ANY boost out of it. My maximum revs i can reach are only 3.5k. I do not have a seized turbo, i know that for sure. All I need to know is why i am not getting any boost.
