  1. Where are you located? Why are you asking USD if you're listing in an Australian forum?
  2. At least your car can go past 180, mine was sitting on the speed limiter down the main straight hahaha. Power delivery looks smooth, just needs more limiter while bouncing off the ripple strips mmm sexy wheel/tyre fitment
  3. Very nice! Gotta be stoked with almost getting 1:55!
  4. Yep, bore is 66.1mm so you should get rings that have that inner diameter. Put some 285/30/18 AD08 tyres on there, will look awesome.
  5. That car doesn't sound healthy, running rough
  6. Daily driving, easily GTS-t > GT-R (my Type M even had a sunroof). GT-R not worth the drug money people are asking for. But then GTS-t/GTS4 would be up there as well wouldn't they? Buy Dose Pipe's R33 haha
  7. Yeah but InstaTok likes!
  8. Start googling for JDM spares in your area. Alternatively, look on Yahoo auctions Japan for a pair, and get Jesse Streeter to send it over (if you're in AU).
  9. You'd get rolled for sure. Having an Asian car, they think you're part of 5T or something
  10. At what cost though? (years ago I heard they were around $10k, maybe it was a different Snap-On scan tool...)
  11. Put up a proper sale thread. With prices. No threads with just a link.
  12. Best bet is to put the wheels on your car as is then measure how much change you want to make. One advantage of having the same size all round is you can rotate back/front for a more even tyre wear.
  13. I think they come with petrol particulate filter, probably why it's even quieter. Does it have fake engine noises (through speakers)? Can you disable it? I know on BMWs they have that, an can code it out ("Advanced Sound Design" or some crap like that). I checked my car and it doesn't have it, so the soft farts are real exhaust noises hahaha.
  14. There's a couple of threads in here that will interest you https://www.sau.com.au/forums/forum/85-importing-vehicles/
  15. Second this. I thought most modern cars have one pre-cat and post-cat (my Liberty did, and that came out in 2009)
  16. Yeah. You could re-lip the rears to 9-9.5" if you like.
  17. Nice one. How's the farting noises? They are pretty rad, 310 kW from a 2L, that was race engines not too long ago.
  18. Iron Chef Imports has a pretty good rep. Try them, if you're keen on importing one. But like others have said, there's already a bunch here in Aus so you save the hassle.
  19. A friend of mine had a 320i years back and the same thing happened to him. Bloody plastic parts in engines should be outlawed.
  20. full custom job. Let us know how you go!
  21. Lovely car. Exactly what I wanted one badly for years, but they're so rare down here in Aus. Had to settle for Skylines instead Some days I regret not pulling the trigger to import one.
  22. Probably hard to grow corn or sugar cane up there.
  23. that is true, if you have the capabilities of working on the engines, the Passat et. al. is good value with heaps of features.
  24. Don't bag the Prius, they hammer for an economy car. OP, don't bother with parts exchange (it's useless), try importing a complete turbo front cut. That way you get the brakes and other bits for engine conversion. Heaps of Cefiros get drifted and crashed. They will suffer from JDM tax sadly, so save up and be patient. Hell you could even throw in an RB25DE from R33/R34 in, they're pretty decent to rev out. There have been a few done on R31s here in Australia.
