  1. Koito low beam projector out of various Japanese cars should fit without too much trouble, just need to fab up a bracket. I have a bunch of projectors to try, haven't got around to it yet... There's also the Morimoto M-LED 2.0 which is basically almost a bolt in projector, easy peasy LHD LED projector with probably the best aftermarket output available.
  2. Good luck with that. Might be better off looking at JustJap/Alibaba/aliexpress/Facebook for some Thai people
  3. C'mon dude, I expected more BMW from you. B58/S58 with like 500 kWrW
  4. The only correct answer is to replace the shitty halogen projectors with something modern, D2S projectors very easily go into the housing. It's literally a no brainer unless you're dumbe enought to believe that some shitty LED bulb will give you a better output.
  5. yep, my forza game says 3L racing engine, which is a build 2JZ, good for 400kW starting power
  6. Nicely done. Thanks for the updates. Curious if the motor would be similar 90's Japanese cars, surely Nissan didn't specify a unique motor just for those models you listed...
  7. Proper ad post please
  8. You'll have to hit up wreckers or maybe check out the R31 Skyline forum
  9. start from $100k AUD and see how you go
  10. anything that fixes your related issue is worth posting. Thanks
  11. The thing, is, JDM 90's cars used to be $10k mark, aka cheap and good performance. Now, you need at least 30k buy in, not worth it.
  12. *sad standard ceramic twins noises* Just wait a few years, a manual ugly front M3 should come up relatively cheap
  13. I've hidden your spam posts
  14. Near my house there are 4 VAs, excluding my brother's haha
  15. Wasn't that the point of them? Especially the 'auto' version? I remember reading about WRX vs. Evo and the Subaru interior/daily drive-ability was praised compared to Evo.
  16. Don't drive it too much, will be $100k soon
  17. Need to get your computers scanned, they should show the errors
  18. Tomei USA not the same as Tomei Japan?
  19. Not really contributing but possible that V35/V36/Z33/Z34 stuff can be used? They would be cheaper and more readily available.
  20. Is your R33 completely standard? If not, list all the mods you know of. Have you tried a different ECU for testing?
  21. a lot of the "old school" as in pre-milleninal soldering would be fixable as they're relatively easy to see (the tracks, joints). I would recommend re-flowing all the joints just for the hell of it, as most likely a dodgy joint might be the issue. Otherwise, replacing the newer units' components may be difficult.
  22. Same here. Always need to wear those Ansell gloves after not working on cars for a decade + soft skin I have 2 pairs of standard R32/R33 turbos if you want hehe (good condition)
