  1. This thread can be moved. Get pictures up, good ones, different angles, showing markings/stickers/damage. Offset doesn't determine brake clearance, spoke design does (e.g. R32/R33/Silvia are 16x6.5 +40 but clear 4 pots). On 11" wide wheels, you shouldn't have any issues unless you are running multi-piece wheels (e.g. BBS with custom barrels). You'll have to essentially know how much backspace you have (distance between back of spoke and the hub mounting surface. What wheels are you planning on running? If it's something like TE37s, where the spokes goes towards the outside, you won't have any issues. I'll give you $700 for the wheels
  2. Just spotted LOL-911, red R35 GT-R at Shell Green Valley.
  3. Head to imgur.com, upload it there, then copy and paste the forum/BB codes into here e.g. [img=www.example.com/picture.jpg]
  4. R31 projectors are better than R32 ones! I have 4300K in my 32, make sure you aim the lights properly (should be juust below horizontal, as the car is low). Heaps of glare, but that's just poor projector design to begin with. I'm in the process of going back to halogens, going to test out a few bulbs. BTW, if you have reflectors, I hope you're not using aftermarket HID kit. 'Blue Power' halogens work well.
  5. There are three different R32 GT-Rs in the Green Valley area
  6. Don't forget the look under the car.
  7. Never knew that. I've never seen silver BNR34 wheels though. Good luck with the sale, it is priced really well.
  8. R34 GT-R wheels come in one colour from factory. But it could be repainted. Post pictures of the wheels.
  9. Spotted what looked like fatz's old white GT-R heading west on M5 yesterday afternoon.
  10. I would say roughly 95dB, but I'm no sound engineer so it could be more or less. It's certainly loud enough to get noticed, but won't rattle your neighbour's windows.
  11. Spotted CYA-250 (R33) in Liverpool next to Westfields and a white BNR32 on old Volk 5-spokes parked in front of the Kick-boxing place on Hoxton Park Rd.
  12. Did you check the links on the +ve terminal on the battery?
  13. My R32 GT-R (1990) uses H3C in low (projector) and H3 high.My R31 projectors are the same. Actually most Jap projectors from that era should be using H3C, but who knows.
  14. Rolling diameter for ATTESSA cars (e.g. GT-Rs) have to be the same. ATTESA doesn't like different rolling diameters, you'll wear it out a lot quicker as it keeps kicking in. So, the tyre sizes have to be the same. You can perhaps run the same size on all wheels? I would rather run the same size all round.
  15. Got KU31s fitted there. They treated me okay, as I knew exactly what I wanted. Walked in, asked for tyres, got them fitted next day I made the mistake of getting my car aligned there though, threw everything out. Don't know what sort of damage they might have done to my wheels as it has rashes already. Just go and pick up tyres from them, don't let them touch your car. Don't expect any other sort of service.
  16. I have both tyres new on my car. I can safely say KU31 is better than the Federals overall, especially in the wet. I still get surprised how good the KU31s are in the wet. Unfortunately I don't have a set on my cars atm but will when the time comes. The SS595 is a bit noisy, and about 50% worn lose a lot of grip. Perhaps it's because they got old as well. They do have a lot of contact patch so when warm in the dry they perform pretty well for their price. It all depends on what you want from the tyres.
  17. Testing. Try different pressures and see what you like. Some tyes like 36-38psi, some work >40psi. Some are fine at 32psi. I generally run all my tyres at 38psi (45 series or less).
