'specially the newer (97+ models) Spec2 models... *squeal* As far as my quest for a skyline goes, insurance/finance/cost, it seems everything under the sun is preventing me from a Skyline right now..... might just have to settle for a nice 180 me thinks.. as for teh pop-up lights, yes, VERY 80's.. I much prefer the Sileighty.... must organise a panel swap if i DO get a 180... Also, my insurance will be cheaper as a result. It's all part of my new car project..... ... hence the fact, i want a new JOB!!! in IT! HELP! ... then a skyline would be SO much easier...

R33 (hence, the plates JB R33) You can spot him cruising around freo saturday nights, i see him all the time.... just run after his car with arms waving, i'm sure he'll stop to chat. Just had a crazy idea: How about a Blow off valve that we can turn off when we need to ? E.g. cruising through a booze-bus or something. Has anyone thought about simply putting a tap/solenoid on the manifold vacuum line to turn off thier BOV ? Wouldnt it be cool if you hooked that up to a switch in the cabin.... just in case police prescence scares you ?!?! I'd be interested to hear what you all think

I am a fully qualified Microsoft Certified Professional, and Certified Citrix Administrator. I have nearly 3 years experience with Network Administration, managing NT Servers, Terminal Servers, Citrix Metaframe, and _some_ knowledge of AS400-NT data integration. I have a VB Programming background also. I'll post my resume soon... .... does anyone know anywhere I might be of use ??

I always wondered this... YET.. I got a Defect for headlight Eyelids, they were basically stick-on contact.. which I removed then and there.... Still got defected.. he just picked on something else.... *south park dude* I AM ABOVE DE LAW! *crap!*

funny you should mention that.... the LATE model 97+ versions are 320hp..... using the mitsubishi 6g72TT engine.... my sonata came with a 3.0L V6 option (only in auto) and guess the engine code... 6g72 (no TT here!) The Twin Turbo V6 engine from the 3000gt/GTO's would fit straight in my sonata.... think of this kind of power in say a 1200kg car (FWD!) .....*sigh* I done the research.. AND, to possibly have the world's fastest Sonata I would be looking at about $10,000 for the front cut, new ECU, labour, parts etc.... .... but then, I've always wanted a Skyline, so I decided not to piss my money away. Think I made the right decision ??
