I've had my Radiator - replaced with new Fan Clutch - replaced with new Coil Packs - replaced with 2nd hand (twice) Battery - replaced with new Water Pump - replaced with new Timing belt (did it with water pump) - replaced with new Nothing too much really - usual wear and tear parts I would say - except for the coil packs!

Hahah 2535 Lag? I loved the 2535 on my RB25, it hauled ass! I don't know about yours but mine came on boost very suddenly and sharply! I had EBC, Split dump, FMIC and SAFC-II ps I would go for the split dump - while running stock dump with my 2535 it was woeful! - Best $$$ spent was on Split dump

I repaired mine with Sikaflex only for it to give way about 2 months later - waste of time. I'm beginning to LIKE the smell of fuel these days

I cut mine too - yes, part of the front metal thing (behind the plastic front bar) has been cut away when I got my cooler fitted. Took me about 30mins

Maybe you bumped the fuel sender thinggy when you installed the new pump ?

When mine is low on fuel it gets clearly louder when you push the throttle in I have a bosch in-tank though.

I have just the pole of an RB25 shifter if that's what your after? (replace mine with quickshift)
