Shannons mate, I've found them the best so far, in the fact that i can pretty much get the car covered for what i paid for it.

I spoke to my mate at work and he said you can sue the government for neglegence (sp) in the condition of the road. He said best bet would be to go through department of Main roads. but as stated above, your either all in, or not at all. Cause being the governement the probably will fight you hard.

be on the safe side and get a note from your dr saying your physically able to drive and you still have most use of your arm if you do get caught in a situation that requires quick action.

I can ask a mate at work, we dont deal in this sort of law but he's got degree's commin out of his ears. Best bet is to contact the council first and ask about compensation and if they laugh, tell them you will be seeking legal advice. I mean judging by your description your life and the lives of your passengers (if any) aswell as other road users near you were at risk from something that should not happen at all. especially on a highway. If they still dont budge then i would be going after legal advice, obviously from someone who studies traffic law etc.

when does your boost cut out normally? before it started at 6000

mine is 700ps all i got is fuel pump, exhaust, computer, wastegate and a small intercooler and its running at 9psi but yeh to really get the turbo to its potential some internal work needs to be done as it could run at 20psi but thats pushing the Rb25

$1628 Justcars Rating 6 never had insurance, car has a fair few mods, $1200 excess. $1878 shannon's same as above, cant remember the excess, only better thing bout shannon's is that my car is agreed value to what i bought it at. where as just cars was $4100. Will probably go with shannon's based on agreed value, no extra to pay by the month.

all 4 wheels steer from what i understand. rear wheels dont move majorly though just a fraction

well here in qld, we dont do that 50hours stuff, so if you get auto your stuck with it till you get to your opens

you wouldnt know its turbo if you pulled up beside it at the lights though this is mine, currently on 260rwhp

from what i read, there not classed as high performance atm, but it may have changed by now...
