  10. As far as i know R34 rb25det pistons are not the same as R33. Neo piston have smaller dome + valve reliefs.
  11. Thank you for advice, but it seems to me that it is hard to do it (polishing) equaly to all cylinders, and the price of error is too high Аnyway -- my target CR is 8.7-8.8 -- is it possible to get 3+ cc only with polishing the combustion chamber?
  12. Hello, The engine i`m building now is rb25 with rb26 pistons and crank. After measuring head cc it seems that i will get CR ~ 9.2 with a stock gasket -- too much for me. I don`t want to use thick headgasket because i don`t want to increase the squish clearance. Is it possible to decompress the engine slightly with milling 0.5-1mm from the top of the piston dome? Is there any safe limit in mm for a stock rb26 piston? Thanks in advance.
  13. hi, Since it was designed for r33 (not neo) and since neo head has slightly different intake ports and AAC valve bolt pattern -- sure it will require more work to install it to neo engine. But there is nothing impossible.
  14. FD3S (13B-REW) 550cc Primaries Lag time (Apex tested = 0.73msec @14v). Prmary injector Lag vs battery voltage (from 13b-rew power fc table): 16v 0.528 14v 0.728 12v 1.008 10v 1.368 8v 1.926 6v 2.800 hope this will help you. p.s. afaik Rx7 primaries are saturated injectors (high imp) -- in this case you have to remove resistor pack from rb26 harness.
  15. afaik stock R33 throttle cable is enough for greddy plenum + q45 90mm throttle. Isn`t it?
  16. hi, it`s easy Use R33 loom, you will have wiring/soldering issues with AAC, VTC. Swap tps, oil pressure and O2 sensors. Leave air regulator, FICD connectors unconnected as there is no such devices at neo. Use r33 evap. canister, bypass r34 purge valve. That`s all i can remember. my R33 is S2 and it now runs WGNC34 NEO with R33 ecu (now it`s powerfc).
  17. hi, My friend had exactly the same problem as you at his ecr33 (exactly the same hks manfold and very similar looking garett turbo). He did not rotate housings, just cut the tip of the outlet tube from compressor housing and welded a small elbow facing forward to it. I think this is the best way, but i think you`ll loose warranty with it.
