OK my bad, I was looking at the wrong aerial plug - the right one is down low on the drivers side of the unit. Have now fitted the band expander purchased from Sinergy and it is working fine

HI All, I have a 2008 V36 and purchased a radio band expander from Sinergy. Went to fit it (Jap Bose system with navigation) and it appears as if the plugs are different. Can anyone tell me whether the plugs are different for the 2008 as opposed to 2009+ models before I pull the whole radio out again I would also very much appreciate any further advice on whether there is a need to add the power wire to the connection; as indicated earlier in this thread.
