Got most of my money back via PayPal, lost out on over £45 due to the changes in the exchange rate, lesson learnt I guess

Wouldn't bother trying to order anything Still no response to any of my pm's or emails I've just started to process of claiming my money back

I've emailed them a few times on the address given on their site but had nothing back from them...... I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and give things to the end of the month, if I've heard nothing by then I'm just going to reclaim my money via PayPal

It seems they had an it issue Go to kustom20.com.au and there's some info up now about everything Hopefully things will be up and running again soon

Cheers for the info sam I sent $1015 on the 14th March, order was ment to be going into production 2 weeks after that but since then I've had no updates from them. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so will hopefully get my money back, but like you I'd rather have my parts than have to go through the hassle of PayPal claims etc!!!

Tried emailing you over the past few days but the email keeps bouncing back as undeliverable. Tried sales@, tech@, tim@ but none of them work anymore. Could you pm me so I can get some info on my order, it was alot of money and I'm starting to get a bit concerned now that I cant get in contact with kustom20 anymore.....
