  1. I just wanna keep my current set up while being reliable and not wear through tires every year. Looking at the back you can tell it has the smallest bit of camber, my guess from the coilovers, it’s a very nice look to it while allowing me to be as low as I am.
  2. Is the hardened rubber pieces make the ride uncomfortable?
  3. they even made a video how to. Nice.
  4. I’m all for doing it right the first time. The car came on coilovers but were apexi N1 ones that were severely blown out. Got a link to the adjustable uppers??
  5. And yes I’m on fortune auto 500 coilovers down 100% given my wheel size. Was hoping it would’ve been rotors given it’s much cheaper. But it is what it is.
  6. Ahhh so this is due to me needing new tires.
  7. Took a peek at the tire tread and I have good tire wear on the inside of all four tires.
  8. My tuner also recommended I replace all the vacuum lines as well. Is there a site that sells direct replacements or perhaps a hose size chart for all the lines? I noticed on the drive home on slight occasions the steering wheel would vibrate, my buddy thinks it’s probably the rotors, thoughts
  9. So, would a standard R35 maf with a suck through set up inside a 3” diameter pipe be sufficient enough given i only have an rb20 with stock motor work and a G2 hypergear turbo.

  11. I’m confused then is 4” worse off for tuning than a 3” one? And it’s only an rb20 with stock internals so it’s not like I can get crazy hp numbers

  13. My tuner mentioned using the r35 maf as well. I think there’s a NZ based company that sells them already done up in a 3”-4” pipe set up already. Can’t remember if they made a plug n play adapter for it.
  14. I replaced the stock one due to oil seals giving way and it had a shit ton of shaft play in it. Who sells new replacement like z32 maf’s?
  15. Current mods: splitfire coilpacks ngk plugs japspeed front mount custom 3” exhaust tomei downpipe nistune wabro 255 fuel pump hypergear turbo car did 264whp 245wtq on 13psi Ran out of maf and injectors today. 4DE93CFF-94C4-4603-A27B-211FF91A8E1F.MOV
  16. Had my car up on the lift yesterday after a couple weeks of just cruising around with the new turbo checking for coolant or oil leaks and/or tightening any bolts that may have gotten loose after the install and noticed the power steering was leaking mainly from the soft line from the reservoir to the hard line dripping all the way down to basically the rack. Was wondering if anyone has used the chase bays power steering kit in their car or anything similar with good results?
  17. Got scheduled with my guy May 17th
  18. It has full 3” exhaust from turbo back. Has a FMIC. Splitfire coilpacks. Walbro 255 fuel pump.a Nistune chip. And a turbosmart manual boost controller.
  19. Basically what I have been doing. Saw 2-3psi max. Seen a tad bit of coolant in the garage floor but not totally sure if it’s residual from the swap or a tiny leak at the banjo
  20. The plan I told my tuner is to turn up the boost on the dyno until either the injectors run out or the clutch starts slipping.
  21. I have a walbro 255 in it and a Nistune chip. I had it tuned back in October on the stock rb20 turbo and we found the stock fuel pump was very weak so few weeks ago I replaced it with the walbro and then this last Sunday threw the new turbo in.
  22. Fitted a new highflow rb25 hypergear turbo over the weekend with ease. With my mates lift and his help we got it done in bout five hours. Along with a new tomei 3” downpipe. My question is how many miles do y’all typically put on your new turbos before you start doing pulls in them. So far just baby driving to and from work I’ve got about 75 miles on it. I’ve scheduled a dyno tune next Friday for official HP numbers. 5A79A22F-C56F-4AE4-876E-E81097165957.MOV
