    Ever had an issue with the car not wanting to HOT start? After some driving turn car off, go into store come back and start it and have to hold the throttle down for few seconds to keep it running.

    Is 3.5” not overkill on a stock rb20 motor but high flowed rb25 turbo?

    There are welders everywhere but problem is trying to track one down that’s not too busy. You’re Probably right on the shipping.

    I bought a hypergear rb25 turbo beginning of this month and am waiting for it to get shipped to the states. I’d like to replace the current suction rubbery oem crappy hose that it has right now. I fear right now it might be getting partially collapsed under WOT. I found this one here http://www.performance-wise.net/page53.htm anyone else have experience with these?

    Small fee is fine with me. If it’s reputable as y’all claim the company is I don’t have a problem paying more for direct bolt fitment.

    It’s odd to me that a car with such popularity doesn’t have many “kits” already made for ppl to order for.

    Fair point. I guess I’ll have to stay stock turbo than.

    In all my boosted cars I’ve never cut corners especially with boost. I e mailed Garrett and am seeing if they can make a gtx2860 with the Nissan hot side. If hypergear has one in stock instead of me having to ship them my turbo I’d be okay with that.

    Does this kinugawa turbo have any lag for the rb20 and is there “billet” wheel actually good quality billet material?

    Right my question has to do with just the dump side. Or would it be do able to use the exhaust housing side from the stock turbo and switch it over to the Garrett turbo to keep the six bolt flange and not have to do any cutting welding or making s new dump. And no I don’t have the tomei dump in my possession.

    I’m gonna be looking at purchasing a turbo in the near future and I’m on the fence with either a hypergear or mambatek or also a gtx2860. So my question is has anyone ever fitted a Garrett to their stock rb20 manifold and if so what all did you have to modify to make it work? I was thinking about purchasing the five bolt flange and just have that welded to the tomei 3” downpipe instead of its six bolt flange. Like so
