  1. you can't add material at the bottom of the pad - all 'they' are doing is taking the top edge off the pad. you are not mataining the 'full face' of the pad anymore. that is unless you are putting a new friction material onto an old backing plate...
  2. huh? my understanding is that they were all in the car.
  3. no CF bonnet - looked stock as a rock - std 17" wheels
  4. See here A teenage girl was killed and two men injured when their car slammed into a pole in Melbourne's north-west shortly after midnight (AEST), police said. The car left the road at the corner of Johnstone Street and Ripplebrook Drive in Broadmeadows, careered down an embankment and hit the pole. The 17-year-old girl was killed instantly, police said. The men, believed to be a 20-year-old Avondale Heights man and an 18-year-old Westmeadows man were taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with minor injuries Saw this on the news this morning - it's a white R34. WHY? More evidence that for me that younger drivers should have better training before stepping into high power cars. Flame me, but people are dying. Not good enough.
  5. bad news. that's some nasty rust in the driver's side rear quarter panel (in front of the wheel)... if you can get the cash back might work out better so you can get a better example!
  6. Fantastic work don't know if I've given you a delivery address, but when they're ready to send out can i get you to send them directly to the shop where the car is? will PM you the address Thanks mate
  7. i reckon they are a rear 4 pot caliper - because: 1. narrow bridge for rotor 2. small pad surface area 3. small piston size what are the piston sizes? felix - they look like R33 GTR calipers.
  8. the std GTR32 caliper will have too much curvature at the outer edge to fit a 355mm rotor... plus it is very unlikely that even the slimmest caliper with a 355 will fit under a general 17"... something like a Volk TE37 has more space though

2jz no shit kinda look like a lexus GS300 crossed with a Camry...
  11. there is not much clearance with the 297mm std GTR32 front rotor so I would assume that with the caliper sitting an additional 1cm further out from the centre they won't fit.... sorry
  12. you need either a greddy top rad hose with a bung for the sensor, or I think you can get an in-line alu bit of pipe that you cut the top rad hose and insert with a bung in it... check out either www.greenline.jp or www.nengun.com
  13. Troy's not slow witted... just slow generally.
  14. the boot raised like an Z4 in the middle looks heaps better
  15. snip the inside tail lights? but mine has the inside as brake, outside as indicator...
  16. cool... just let em know that my car doesn't drive all that well with the sub frame sitting next to the car...
