  1. i'll take your nuts - do they have locks? pick em up when next in Syd
  2. Waste of taxpayers money... closed lanes? games only lanes? closed roads? heavy fines for non-compliance? Bracks is a f*cking tool. That is all.
  3. the wang lada driver should stop their passenger hanging out the passenger window and harassing other drivers!

nice car. I think that you might want to spend a bit more time in 'skool' rather than the forums / modifying the car... reading your post is difficult if you don't speak hood-lish.
  5. i have all these nice bits but the car is still disabled

  10. Hey Scooby do yours look like this?
  11. yup, definitely CC-R - got them from Nengun... Forgot to add that I was running std 16" rims with 225/50/16 RE55s', nismo lines, backing plates in place. when i got them they were around 600 for the front / rear set... when i pull off the std calipers / rotors / pads I'll have a better look at them and see how they fared... Anyone know if I should run DS2500s front and rear if using AP CP5555 6 pot front calipers and std rear calipers on a 32GTR?
  12. I was using CC-Rs on the GTR, and I found them pretty good even from cold. I got a fair bit of fade at the end of the front straight at Sandown on a 35 degree day after 4 laps. I had only one week prior bled the brakes, using Castrol RBF (or whatever it's called) brake fluid... Using the standard drilled rotors. Don't know how you'll find them, I managed to blue the rotors Admittedly Sandown is tough on brakes, and I'm a track pansy.... Food for thought that last time I went out on Sandown was using RB74s (around 25 degrees) and didn't get (as much) fade. See how you go. I'm thinking of running Ferodo DS2500s with the AP calipers on the front - what do people recommend for the rear - the same? Cheers
  13. Willsy where are you located? PM "Roy" - he is in melb and I think is converting the rear end of his 32GTSt to GTR... the whole drop in k-frame, brakes etc etc, so may be able to help you out. cheers
  14. yep - XR6T motor... and away you go!
  15. don't forget Dunlop's range of semis - www.stuckey.com.au
  16. Happy birthday James... hope you didn't get a 'present' from Brisby last night!
  17. lets see not ONE of your 6 posts in this thread contributes anything to help the guy. At least some of us are attempting to offer something usefull here.
  18. i know its confusing. you stated that the STI mounts to the front and GTR mounts to the rear. i thought it was pretty clear from the picture that you were wrong too... as they say, a picture say a thousand words. i never said that two wrongs make a right. all i said was sorry to neo for me giving him the wrong info - see I can admit that. don't need to be confrontational all the time, should chill out some
  19. yes, upon further review the STI are trailing. Sorry neo, wrong info there mate. Will be more pain than it's worth unless the diameter of the pistons on the STI are the same (i.e. they are not differential bore - fancy name for different diameter pistons) and you can use swap the LHS and RHS calipers... otherwise if you try and mount a trailing caliper as a leading and vice versa you can't bleed it easily PS you're wrong too omrae - the GTR mounts to the front (leading) and the STI to the rear (trailing)!
