  1. I want a pair of these as well... will give chris a call on Monday [WLDCRD] - how much was the genuine Nismo lip - it's the squishy rubbery one right? And did you get it from Nissan?
  2. This should probably go in DIY, but: Headlight apart (sorry no glass pics): Chrome headlight cover (being sprayed matte black) Standard projector on left, Honda Euro on right (already cut an 'ear' off it) As you can the Honda projector is shorter, and mounts further forward. Will have to fabricate a bracket for it to fit the standard adjusters... (in progress) Cutting ears off Euro projector Because the new projector sits so far forward in the assembly, i may have to cut the rear of the housing off and move it further back. If that's the case I'll plastic weld on a bit of PVC pipe with a press-fit lid on the back. Also, I need more diameter than the standard rear cap to get my fingers in to get the bulb out I'm moving REALLY slow with this and probably won't get it done until xmas... so stay tuned
  3. cool grab it whenever
  4. that's the primary problem... plus oil coolers, intercoolers etc etc hanging out the front of the car. Off topic, but I really want to run an oil cooler to the rear, in front of the diff, but worried about pressure drop back there
  5. I've got one, it's missing a top tab (the bit that slots into the dash at the top to secure) Nark, if you grab gt-t_R34's busted one, and my one, and superglue the tab from his to mine, then you have a complete one Free for you to grab if you want, otherwise it's going in the bin!
  6. I'm sacking the nissan projectors and retro-ing some Honda Euro HID projectors in... they're a bitch to do... If anyone is interested, will post up some pics as I go. Got the headlight apart at the moment, done some cutting of the euro HID projector and that's about it
  7. Yours is a 40mm jobbie from Race Radiators, Ash. I have the same. A 57mm requires removal of the factory shroud and possibly clearance issues with power steering pump. I spoke with the owner of Race Radiators - he said to go with the 40mm and keep the shroud, as the 57 may be an obstruction on the street witout the shroud. also, if the 40mm is good enough for Ben from RacePace's 600rwkW GTR at the track then my piddly 250rwkW will do just fine. $660 at race radiators
  8. Here you go was looking at this today http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d56143380 One R34 GTR rim
  9. I've got a pair if you're interested? will PM you my number
  10. It's not so easy to get 3 phase into a garage... unless of course it is airconditioned oh, just reread that it is part of the main house
  11. Yep, you're right, but that is a sandwich between the filter and the block, and it works marginally at best... I meant that only the N1s have a factory fitted external fin-type oil cooler
