  1. Cut = poor idea. Have fun in a 30+ km/hr accident.
  2. mine's still doing the log-me-out goodness
  3. yeh you have to tick the 'copy to sent items' checkbox every time you send a message
  4. They're some funny plates!
  5. Nissan sell them for $400, excluding the front lip (at a paltry additional $400 or so) That should go on the quote.
  6. yep you can get a whole host of feral colours now.
  7. is it the bush where the shock shaft is attached to the top hat? are they pillow ball mounts (metal bearing)? If so they're probably worn out and stuffed.
  8. I reckon people like Roy sneak around the pits at track days and fill GTR wings with water to slow us down... CONSPIRACY THEORY!!!
  9. Falcon XR6T?
  10. that's what you think... in fact it's chockers full of it!
  11. yep me too www.skylinesaustralia.com
  12. I will throw a spanner in the compliance / boat water theory. Mine's an Aus delivered and it has water in the boot spoiler too... go figure. Remember the at the blade on an R32GTR rear wing is a two piece moulding so there may be some way (?) water gets in there...
  13. As has been said a number of times - dynos are a tuning tool. I don't understand why you're asking what 'needs' to be done prior to a dyno run... as long as the car is running fine, put in fuel... put on dyno. I have to ask - why run a higher boost than you run on the street? It won't give you a representative figure of what the car is running in street trim. If you want a dyno sheet to say that the car makes 4000gigawatts, then just photochop it. Dynos are useful if you use the same dyno, prior to mods, then post mods, on a similar temperature / pressure day, to determine a relative increase of your mods.
  14. Agreed. Please take some pictures of the gauge and resultant turbo failure.
  15. Skylines are not good looking cars. In fact some are damn ugly. I hate my dash. It is ugly. I like my motor. It goes fast
  16. B) yes please
  17. Off topic, but what's with massive sunroofs? My mate has a 206GTi with doors and sunroof that are almost bigger than the car itself!
  18. Hi, don't mean to off-topic the thread, but what do they mean? I've been trying to figure out how they're supposed to read all morning. Maybe I'm just stupid and missing the point entirely
  19. Was playing with the VicRoads number plate generator... http://www.vplates.com.au/plateorders.htm came up with this doozy.
  20. I think what WLDCRD means is: 32GTRs have colour coded plastic backing on the rear "GT-R" badge, ie. if the car is white, the plastic bit that the chrome and red letters is stuck on is white, similarly for black, grey, red etc. So, the question he poses is: 1. are they from an R32? 2. what colour is the car / the plastic backing of the badge? Cheers
  21. 1. No 32s came with side repeaters except for Aus delivered ones - i know - they're damn ugly 2. Not GTR guards - not fat enough, see how the rear panel is flush with the door? GTR ones are not flush they buldge out at the point where the guard meets the door 3. Pretty sure they're GTS-t painted wheels - GTR ones have a little more kink in the spokes - GTS-t spokes are a little flatter cheers
  22. I got them a year ago, but from Trackside in Ringwood. They were $250ea, bargain in 16s
  23. Yep i've got 225/50/16s on my GTR32
  24. how come??
  25. are you also running 'standard' mods such as full exhaust & filter? 230 should be achievable if so
