  5. I know this is slightly off topic, but if you want even more flow, at $210 each you could buy two, get an exhaust shop to Y-pipe it behind your dump pipes run two in parallel, and Y-pipe it back to 3" after the cat(s) to double the flow...?

  7. I would highly expect that you would have to try and engineer it, however you'll be knocked back. Bonnet behaviour is integral in an frontal accident, no way any engineer will allow it becuase of changed crumple characteristics, etc etc
  8. I will be the first to agree with you in saying that they do hang low. However, even though my 3.7" is tucked up quite close to the floor, due to the nature of a fat pipe it will still hang like dogs. I bought a jap bolt on because it is exactly that - bolt on. No scraping, no knocking, no hassles. But I'm lazy. That's not to say a custom one won't be better; if I had free reign ($$) i'd get a custom cat back made up in twin titanium 2.5" with twin resonnators, collecting into single rear muffler and twin outlets. Quiet, light, ultra free flow and excellent clearance.
  9. What sort of clearances do you have? Does it hang down? 32s have more bends to keep them tight to the floorpan. My 33 was much straighter than my 32 one. Sure, you can change any system to suit a similar car, but are you compromising on a 'perfect' fit? In that case i'm wrong - so you can fit a 33 exhaust to a 32 with modifications.

  11. Categorically NO. My R33 and R32 exhaust shapes (both Trust TRs) were completely different in bends and length. As I understand 33 and 34 exhausts are not interchangable either.

  14. I don't think my fronts were valved correctly for the springs (at the time 600lb). Now running 450lb (i think, maybe 400lb)

  17. I had two sets of konis in the front of my 32GTR. Did the foot valve at Sandown on the first set. Blew the seals on the second set at Sandown. Now running Bilsteins

  20. I would have to disagree and say that a cat back R32GTR exhaust will fit, and is the same as, an R32GTSt. My exhaust has the same part number as an R32GTSt: http://www.trust-power.com/nissan/skyline/...r_powevoII.html and i'm pretty sure you'll find the same for other jap brands too
  21. I have this. Got it from Nengun. It is pretty loud... but tough sounding with the cams It's a bit much for daily driving, and particularly highway work nice on the track though
