I actually have a question Vuster - what's it like getting traction down? I used to have a relatively powerful old BMW with semi trailing rear suspension which was a geometry nightmare with power down. I have read a bit about LS1s and LS2s being described as a bit of a 'high stepper' V8, not making as much low RPM torque as say a Blue Oval jobbie. This, I would assume, would assist in getting off the line? Does it have traction control? PS we need pics

not sure what mine are set at, but I'm pretty sure that it is better to 'dial in' the cams using adjustable cam gears - ie at 0 degrees for both is probably not optimum. If you don't do the cam gears, the money spent for the cams seems like a wasted exercise if you don't optimise them. I seem to remeber that SK said however that the RB25 poncams were good at 0 degrees...? I can't exactly remember the details but it's in one of the cams threads

Other mods, Jack? will be interested to see how your results stack up against mine... which dyno to tune it?

haha you could be right though - I would have thought the clips could be attached to the headlights where I have put the arrows... maybe? Can you check if you have a set lying around?

Hey Funky, these LOOK like the N1 lights you pictured (see the inner lens looks larger than the GTS headlight and protrudes slightly into the main lamp, know what I mean?) but do not have the GTR grille clips... So are then N1 or are they hust GTS ones and I can't tell the difference?

Interesting, both cars appear to make the same sort of power (within dyno variance, and small difference between dumps). How many kms has your car done, and have you had a comp test on it at all? cheers
