The company that runs the speed cameras is a private company, but must have the equipment pass stringent tests regularly *B ullshit!*
They're contractors to the government that's why they get revenue from who they catch

i'm going down the same path as you (hopefully) in Feb, but will try and get the before / after dyno on the same dyno just for comparison purposes. I don't really care what the outright figure is, just interested in seeing what the up in torque across the revs is.

Note - stiff suspension does not a good handling car make...
common misconception amongst backyard 'tuners'. A combination of spring rates, damping, camber, castor, toe, and roll bars all together can make a car handle well.
