  1. must be really small horses... like the one that I have in my Monopoly set!
  2. I was recently quoted 6K for a full respray from a very reputable Melb spray shop. For that sort of money (dammit, for $4K) it should be PERFECT. No ifs, buts, maybes. For that sort of money it should be a glass out, bumper / doors off job. Looks ordinary. I would take a pic but mine is a gtr - and anyway, my front end was remodelled today
  3. thats what I was trying to say... haha... can't explain myself

    greetings....

Hey mate, go to the GTR shop and pick me up an R32 front end - lights, indicators and front bar... my mother remodelled my front end
  6. Sydneykid, wouldn't it take a long time for a non-thermostat oil cooler equipped car to get the oil temps up to 70ish? I just worry as my car is a daily too.
  7. Must be genuine, and in perfect condition, as I just want to have to have it sprayed and put on the car. Otherwise I'll have to get one from Nissan. I need one... another family member and their car had an altercation with the front end of my GTR. Not HAPPY. I have a WTB thread too http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...6925#post886925
  8. Must be perfect condition. PM me, melb preferred.
  9. Hey Jez that's a great time. Who installed the dumps for you? I have a set we want to put on my car, but we're told it's a bitch see thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=43354
  10. I'm looking for an oil cooler now for my GTR, the earl ones look good, but I don't know what else I need. What mechanical thermostat are you guys talking about, and where can I get one / cost?
  11. Motul 300V oh yeah!
  12. Thanks for that Jono, will give it a shot. I have gasket between dump and turbo, hopefully won't have to take turbo off the manifolds so might only have to get my hands on the exhaust maifold gasket. Thanks again, will let you know how we go.
  13. Sorry mate, forgot to reply - came with P1 IIs... but sold the car
  14. Jono [GTR032], how long did it take you to take the turbos off? We have access to a hoist... Thanks -marcus
  15. use search mate: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...highlight=catch
  16. nah mate, not perfect enough to be machine welded... plus it is too intracate. they are nice though
  17. Umm, AdvanR mate, this thread is from November 2002
  18. Hmm... maybe I wont change my wheel to a momo anymore... sorry I can't help, hope you get it sorted NRB
  19. what bolt ons has the 34 got?
  20. Hey GTR32, get a set from Nengun with JAGR33 - maybe the shipping could be less... The only issue that Gerald from Ice Performance can see (and I tend to agree to an extent) is that the primaries are very long, and hence a bit heavy to hang off the side of the turbo. But then, the bottom end of the primary dumps is supported by the Y pipe to the cat, so that isn't such an issue, methinks. They are certainly the best design I have seen by far for stock / turbos that bolt on using the same dump system. The HKS seem (I can only tell from the pics i've seen online) to be not as well made. INASNT, true, they are expensive, but they are hand welded in Japan - believe me the workmanship is incredible. It is all de-burred inside, the flanges have no welding slag etc., all in all an excellent piece of metal work. You are paying for the best. As I said in my other thread, my mechanic and I are going to tackle it. Will let you know what happens (could be a few weeks though!) Cheers
  21. Thanks GTR32 Yeah that seems to be the opinion that I have been told. I might tackle it with a mechanic mate of mine (he seems to think it will take at least a day), in anycase we want to take off all the intake stuff and check the condition of the turbos out because there seems to be an oil leak we can't locate from around there... hopefully it is a just an oil line leaking. Anyone had else had first hand experience?
  22. Daiken Exedy HD is an excellent clutch for R33 GTSt - I had one in my old 33. That is a fair price for one, just thought you might be interested. Relax, sorry for trying.
  23. oooh-er, looks very nice... are you going to post some build-up pics? Specs?
  24. Anyone? I'm sure it would be the same for 33 or 34...
