  1. it is pretty critical actually to know what rpm it's reaching. the op needs to include more relevant facts if the interwebz is going to solve the issue. otherwise take it to a real life shop with a mechanic man who can diagnose accurately from seeing the car and how the motor is running, and fix. you can't just say "it's missing and sounds weird, please diagnose".
  2. +1 satisfied user. quiet (tiny rattle in neutral) and grippy. drive nice and progressively because tehy're still an organic faced clutch.
  3. i'm pretty sure that app can remotely tune your ecu with realtime feedback. Not sure it does NOS yet.
  4. Have the assets of the company been sold on (i.e. the tooling etc) and therefore a new coy making the old stuff or Has someone injected cash into the old operations so it's still the old operators making them? This is pretty important, as you'd want the original operators on the tools... one might have seen what the outcomes are when the tooling is sold and made by people who aren't quite up to the job - Proton with the old CE Lancers.
  5. Pics of wheels attached. Note they are pretty grotty and covered in brake dust. Paint is really nice still. Note does not include tyres!! If you're really keen I can box them up and you can organise a courier to pick them up.
  6. 4 x R34 GTR wheels, complete with centre caps (no tyres) 4 x spare centre caps (so 8 in total) A bit of rash on two wheels, but will put pictures up soon. $1500 for the lot. Pick up is preferred - I just don't have time to box and post / freight. PM me.
  7. how about you just make a damn decision and stop wasting time. it's your car, and no one else really gives a rats arse about how it looks except you - and if they do, it's not their car so you can tell them to "go fck yourself"
  8. Disagree. Best looking option is this. 3 x 52mm defi in a custom alloy mount.
  9. Yeah I'm keen on it; buy one and reverse engineer?
  10. Has anyone considered one of these: http://www.nengun.com/midori-seibi/midori-spec-digital-g-sensor
  11. if it's not captive just run a keeper spring??
  12. Sorry, mine's a R32GTR running 8/6 on Ohlins remote shocks. Ohlins are made / rebranded for Nismo
  13. I'm running 8/6 and I agree with Adam; still too stiff for street. 6/4 is good for street.
  14. +22 is the "correct" fit. I've read a lot that +12 will be fine on a 18x9.5 rim, BUT there are many suspension factors that affect fit. On a stock lowered car +12 might be fine. But when you start playing with camber and caster and aftermarket suspension arms, it all goes out the window. I have 18x9 +30 R34 GTR rims, and if I add the quarter inch plus 18mm I get the outside of the rim sitting 24mm further out. On the rears of my 32 GTR, given my suspension settings (and other factors such as 3piece rotors with a thicker alloy hat pushing out the hubs marginally), this will protrude the wheel outside the guard. Now I could tip some more -ve camber but it is set up to handle, not to fit a set of wheels in. So unless I want to compromise the suspension set up, +12s will be too wide. On the front, the +12s will fit fine in terms of not protruding from the guard. However, as I have a stack of caster, the front wheels are further forward in the wheel arches than stock. Therefore as you turn the wheels, the outside edge of the tyre/wheel catches the front of the inner guard. If you increase the offset, this will mean the wheel will contact the inner guard with even less lock applied. So again, I don't want to change the suspension geometry to fit wheels, I'd rather get the right fit wheels to work with the suspension set up that is currently set up for handling. hope that helps.
  15. hi all i think i have some but will get in touch if it falls through. thanks
  16. As per the title. Need a set of OEM R32 GTR side skirts The two pieces I need are: 1. small piece that attaches to front guard 2. side skirt itself See image. In melb but happy to pay post. Needs to be immac and straight. Note to remove you need to break the seal from the tape and slide off - if you pull them they will either break the clips or bend the mount side plastic tab. thanks Look like this:
  17. will entertain the factory R32 GTR side skirts if they are perfectly straight and have all the clips/mounts undamaged!
  18. Thanks DJMGTR, they're already sold
  19. As per the title. Need a set of OEM Nismo R32 GTR side skirts The three piece ones that have: 1. small piece that attaches to front guard 2. side skirt itself, finishes at the end of the back door 3. 'spat' piece that covers part of the rear guard In melb but happy to pay post. Needs to be immac and straight. thanks Look like this:
  20. Ronin 09

    Hail Damage

option to buy back for salvage?
  21. these are quite loud... i had one, got old and deaf, got racepace item.
  22. Stock camber/caster might be ok, but wind on some castor and then see how it goes. whilst mine's a 32, it runs heaps of castor and the inner guard cops a bashing.
