2JZ is a better choice if you have the room because the exhaust and intake are the same side as the 'slant' motor BMWs... ie exh on driver's side, intake on passenger. Here's my old E30 with 2.8L built motor My vote is keep it BMW, it's heaps cheaper to drop in a M20 2.8L inline 6 from E36 3 series (bottom end is the same, you get twin cam heads), then supercharge it with a kit or turbocharge it. If you've got $$ then E36 M3 motor and super/turbo it. More from me in the morning when I can be bothered typing.

nice colour... bit too porno for my liking but hey I'm old. worst pics ever. lol. what's the deal with the FMIC... why is it laying back at the top?? if anything it would be better to lay back at the bottom like a GTR rather than forward in case you clock the curb parking etc....

supposed to smooth out the flow from the outlet of the two turbos where they join in the twin turbo pipe. you'll see that one basically needs to do a 90 degree turn into the flow direction of the other.

i remember reading on here that the R34 was a bit longer than the R33... but the floorpan was pretty close? so might need to extend by 2 inches or something.... probably no help, sorry lol

ended up going JW0 millennium jade they look great - sandblasted, high filled, rubbed down, grey base then colour and clear... will get some pics soon

i've seen this mod in some of the Japanese mags. looks like it is just a straight piece cut into the cast pipe and a flat piece welded in... sorry can't be of more help, but I wanted to do this also

Nissan has the GTR emblems for the spark plug covers. around 70 bucks for the R32/R33 version, probably the same for R34. Takes 2 weeks ex-japan... I've just painted a set of covers and getting a new emblem / cam cover gaskets

what front bar is that? garage saurus?

hit it with a thin coat of black etch primer... will adhere to the alloy and won't flake off. is also matte so should be right for your application
