  1. different league. my mate has an E46 M3 and it is simply awesome around the track - best fun ever. I don't know that i'd trade the GTR for it, but they are a different car
  2. also Adrian, did the car have a oil cooler? if so, kit/brand/size etc cheers
  3. if they are just metal valves any wheel shop can supply them... and if they are slightly different just put the same two on one side of the car - they'll never be seen together
  4. mmm TME what other results were there?
  5. yep - what rates are in it?
  6. Crap missed this yesterday... mr Geoff, happy birthday!
  7. Urgently chasing a GENUINE front window seal for R32. Nissan AUS doesn't have any in stock and it is back ordered in Japan at the manufacturer (or so we're told). Thought i'd post on the off chance that someone had ordered one or a shop has one in stock. It's not that external bit of the seal (the bit you see), but the thin rubber / plastic seal that gets pressed in between the body and glass, then the trim bit of seal sits over it. They are epoxyed in so a second hand one is no good... must be new and genuine. Thanks
  8. i will take oil cooler 100% - PM sent for bank details etc thanks
  9. why do they always feel that some crap techno soundtrack somehow adds to the crap video??
  10. that thing made me vomit a bit in my mouth... plus the thread is 2 years old...
  11. which state has a 'pink slip'? us mexicans don't...
  12. can't you just look under my car?
  13. "The Troy S Brisby Memorial" doesn't that mean he has to be dead... we know there are a few missing grey cells, but really...
  14. No, they don't ask too much to insure our cars - we bring it unto ourselves. Our cars are cheap japanese cars that are easy to steal. Compounded with the fact that 11tybillion dickheads own them and keep binning them into trees, bus shelters, etc, the premiums are high. Compounded by the fact that a 18 year old is statistically proven to be more of a crash risk than a 35 year old, and these are the guys getting a hold of the cars. Sorry to hear that you had the car nicked, but if you know that these cars are a high risk, the cost of insurance should be included in the purchase price. If you don't have insurance, it's your own fault.
  15. great... now everyone who wanted a Nismo key will just get a GTR key instead...
  16. the rear ones? are they the 10 bolt ones or 12 bolt?
  17. agreed that is about the only VS kit that doesn't look like it's hit road kill... the only other one i can think of off hand is the RX-7 kit from FF3 that's hot
  18. Size will help you sell 'em steve :) 17" or 18"? width?
  19. Dirty - I'm in Perth at the moment! car still tantilizingly close to finished... will definitely post when it's done
  20. still need those pics, adrian... sent you a text today with email, will re-send the PM with my email address
  21. yep an E30M3 must be next on the list... then maybe a Ford Sierra Cosworth... collect the set! Group A cars!
  22. on that note, but slightly off topic - does anyone make bells for the rear - basically the drum part in steel or cast, that you can bolt on a bigger rotor to? ah yes - looks like Harrop do... but don't know if they'll sell me just the bells
  23. not true - CP5555 are a road caliper and have dust seals... http://www.apracing.com/roadcar/caliper/da...p?family=CP5555 what is the thickness on the rotor on the brembo kit? it's not all diameter... my APs are 355x36mm - most 355 i've found are 32mm thick that extra mass (should) make a difference as you've got greater heat capacity
