    tis illegal to sell a registered car without a roadworthy, but you can still do it....just depends if you trust the buyer to get his own roady and get it transferred within the 14 days etc... but yeah, the legal way without RWC is to cancel the rego and sell it unregistered which means it doesnt need a RWC my mate should buy it for a daily...
