I understand, I am in the same boat. But, I was fortunate enough that I used the engineering section at my work.
You will need to separate them as, there is not enough room to lever out the pistons. Mine where very hard to take out, I used 2 screwdrivers.
To clean them, I used clean dry cloth rags ( Not those types of rags..... ), Do not use Kero as it will perish the seals, if not cleaned out properly.
Instructions were supplied with each individual packaged seal and grease.
