  1. Will have to tell Ken he's a very bad man for selling it at all but also for selling it before PAS!!!! LOL ha ha ha I could try and get another R33 GTR (white) if you like, my next door neighbours mate has one...
  2. Paul, maybe we can talk to Lloyd and tell him we will have the forms to him on the 6th... Otherwise we can collect them over the next week or so from everyone. BTW. Brendan won't be putting his car into PAS so we have to look elsewhere. Maybe the guy that bought Ken's car will let us put it in???
  3. A leak down test is better than a Compression test but it don't think it will tell you everything about the condition of an engine. Will tell you how well each cylinder is but other major stuff like bearing wear etc won't show up. So it's a good for some things but don't take a good leak down result as having a great engine... Still for the $100 or so to get it done it's worth it.....
  4. Erik, 1 bar is 14.7psi, 0.5 bar is just over 7psi so 0.75 bar or 3/4 bar would be around 10.8 psi.. The 34 should run 1 bar no worries but get it done properly by a shop..
  5. Anyone that has already sent their form into Lloyd make sure he knows it's for the SAU display...
  6. I wish I was in a position to give stuff away free, but unfortunately I have to charge to offset the cost of the new pump. PM me so we don't whore this thread and we'll talk. I advertised it in the for sale for $300 ono but will take less than that, one guy has offered $200 over east, I'd rather deal local as COD sh*ts me no end... Cheers Brett
  7. Paul, Fuel Pump, new Z32 afm's, pods, 'hi flo cat', then tuning with the cam gears and 700cc injectors that are already in it to around 1.4 bar.. Anybody want a standard GTR fuel pump???
  8. Cool Paul, Not sure if my car will be ready by the 5th but I'll be there either way..
  9. As per my post the other day, Lloyd said it would be easier and better if we lodged our application forms as a club in one hit rather than everyone sending in their own. I suggest everyone attending the SST Dyno Day bring $50 and we will fill in a form there so Paul or I can get them to Lloyd in one load. I'm happy to print out a heap of application forms and bring them on the day... It could also be a good day to compare cars and make a final decision on the main display cars.. Brett
  10. Speedworks won't tune Power FC's either. I was told 'we don't want to waste our time with those because the hand controller is too fiddly'. Shame because I really wanted my car tuned on the dynopak. Ohh well lost my business.
  11. Checking with Brendan now, will update asap...
  12. Have we tried Fabian?? Or Brenden?? Or Danny?? All three have great R32's...
  13. Paul, has Judged bought a GTR cause he had a GTSt from memory.. Are you collecting the forms to give to Lloyd as a club because that is what he said is the best thing to do.. Cheers Brett
  14. So what's going on with this show? What is the list of cars going inside? Cheers Brett
  15. Will be a week or so before I'll have the pump available, but unless someone else offers me closer to my price the pump is yours with you paying postage to sydney. I'll get back to you when the pump is out of the car and checked.. Cheers Brett
  16. Steve, I'm in... As long as I have my AFM's and maybe new Fuel pump in by then. Will let you know once a date has been set. Cheers Brett
  17. Dude what is the flow rating????
  18. Hey Guys, Will have the following for sale very soon: 2 x Standard GTR Air Flow Meters with plugs. These are off my 95 Vspec. I have purchased Z32 AFM's and no longer require the stock ones. Brand new from Nissan australia these cost $550 each. I'll looking for $250 each... Stock R33 GTR Vspec ECU. Any offer considered.... Stock GTR fuel Pump. Rated at 195lt/hr straight drop in to GTST's.. Car has done 38,000km's. Currently handles 400hp at the fly no problems. But am looking at upgrading as the power will go above 500hp very soon.. Am not in a super rush to sell this pump as I'm still sourcing a new pump. If you are interested and can pay a deposit I'll hold the pump for a while till you have the funds.. Deposit will be refunded if anything goes wrong with the pump before the balance is paid. Looking for $300 ono Cheers Brett
  19. What is the rating per hour for that pump? Am very interested.. Cheers Brett
  20. Attessa is not user programmable, it works automatically depending on various conditions. You can however buy aftermarket controllers that allow you to do that... I have Pm'd you my number.. Brett
  21. Stooj, My 95 GTR Vspec cost $49k a year ago so yeah that price will probably get you a 97 now.. Just get a decent workshop to go over it BEFORE you sign anything. If the car yard / private seller won't let that happen walk away even if you love the car... Brett
  22. 50k will get you a decent 33 or a monster 32 depending on what you want... Fake Gtr's are hard to make and would be expensive anyway so unless someone tries to sell you a gtst as a gtr it shouldn't happen. Vspec in the 32's had brembo brakes, different wheels and stiffer suspension I believe, in the 33's an active LSD, stiffer suspension was about it. All GTR's have Attessa (Vspecs have Attessa-PRO) which transfers the torque to the front when the rears lose traction if thats what you were asking about.. If you ever come down to Perth let us know and we can show you some of our cars... Cheers Brett
  23. Ken, I am sincerely sorry for suggesting you look at Ethan_32's car. I have just read his for sale thread and can't believe he did it to you again!!. Hope the trip was enjoyable even with the sad result. Brett
  24. Stooj, Depends on what you are after. 32's go for as little as $27k, but for a decent one you'll be wanting to spend over 30k. 33's again as little as say $40k but $50 and up will give you a low km later model.. Obviously there will be exceptions and mods can either bump or drop the price depending.. What model are you chasing and what is your budget would be the best place to start. Cheers Brett
