Can you not rebuild the one you have?? By the time you buy another stock motor and swap them you could have rebuilt the original with forged internals....

Had PFC in both my GTSt and the R.. Never had a drama with either of them, starts perfect everytime. Having said that I'd happily give the wolf a try considering some of the results the boys have got with em... I run 700cc injectors and the PFC handles em fine. Would you honestly use antilag if you had it????

Most turbo'd cars will vent fuel smoke when coming on boost, your tune will also greatly determine the amount of smoke. Lack of a cat also adds to the issue My GTR spits out a fair bit of black smoke, but I'm running it slightly rich for safety... Black smoke is good, white on the other hand is naaasty.... Gotta agree with Morgs, the Impul Hoshino rims are very nice, mine have been polished so look different to the ones he posted. Nice deep dish on them too... of course TE37's in Bronze look awesome too....

Still a lot of us old skoolers around which is good, my old gtst is still shown in the aussie owners ride section of SDU (I was Blue Streak on SDU).. I searched SDU not long ago and found WA's first cruise thread from waayy back in june 2001... I still remember that cruise too, think we had about 6 lines back then turn up, never saw any on the streets either!!! ha ha Great thread funky.. Cheers Brett

Can you not rebuild the one you have? I got my OS giken twin rebuild, cost me just under $2k all up...

I'm no mechanic, but I'd be checking to make sure your radiator fan is working when you are sitting at the lights, it should kick in when the thermostat gets to a certain temp and cool the water down.. It could also be your thermostat is buggered and isn't switching it on... Other thing is you might want to check that the greddy gauge is not faulty just to count out one possibility... cheers Brett

My 33 GTR sits on 81 - 84 no matter how hard I drive it... Power FC Commander shows peak temp and it never gets over 84 unless I've stopped for fuel or whatever. When I get back in it's up to around 104 then drops back to 81 in about 30 seconds of driving. I wouldn't think 99 while driving around is a good thing, hows your oil temp when the waters that hot?? Also don't believe the stock gauge too much, mine hardly moves until the water gets over 70 degrees then moves quickly up to half way.. Cheers Brett

all sorted, was a dodgy earth wire. $30 fixed and good as new... Anyone know how to adjust the angle of the headlights down?

Niz, Fibre Vision in Bentley/Cannington used to have them for 33's I believe.. No idea on price but I'd be surprised if they are over $100 for the set.. Let me know how ya go... Brett

I noticed the other night that my passenger side headlight wasn't working. Park light and Highbeam works fine just not the headlight. So i went and bought new globes but the headlight still doesn't work. Then I checked the old globe and noticed it wasn't blown.. So now I'm stuck as to what it could be.. A fuse maybe?? Where should I look and would they have seperate fuses for all three lights in the assembly?? Any ideas? Cheers Brett
