    I'm gonna be aiming for 18 x 8 or 18 x 8.5 all round. I want a 225/40/18 tires. So according to that calculator I'll 5.1% slower. but if I go 35 profile it is 0.1 %. I want to go 40 though, 35 is too low plus I'll feel the bumps in the road more.

    Ive got 15x7 on at the moment. Looking to get either 17 or 18 ( but mostly 18s) and 8 or 8.5 inches wide. I looking at mainly Jap lightweight racing wheels like ray volk, work, etc. I dont want to go lower than 40 profiles for my tires, because I was told that any lower you will fill the bumps in the road more.

    Thanks for that information scathing. I'm looking to replace my stock wheel with bigger and wider Jap light weight racing wheels. Hence thats why I asked.

    Hey mate I'm just wondering isnt the MR2 GT has the 3SGTE (Turbo)motor in it hasnt it only the bathurst has the 3SGE (Non-Turbo). Because you Claim its a GT model yet it has a 3SGE in it

    Yeah I did a typo, I'm looking for the rear, 245/45/18, called up Tempe tyres in sydney, their supposed to be pretty cheap.. got the best quote of $450 today each tyre. I asked what was their cost price, and he said he gets it in for 435. So damn, this is gonna be a hard one. The bloody tyres on now (Potenza RE040s) are very noisy, i dont know if its the tyres or alignment. but i dont dig it one bit

    Hi where can I get hold of Bridgestone Potenza RE040 tyres? For 350Z wheels, 235/45/18 Popped a tyre, now just got a quote, $485each!!!(WAT THE F**K) Anyone else can it get cheaper? Sydney location would be good.. Thanks
