  1. I am in the market for a new car, and while I'm not planning on starting a family right away - I would like to think that the next car I buy would be "family friendly". Now obviously there's no shortage of room in the stagea, but what I'd like to know specifically is if the stagea can house a baby capsule legally - ie, all the correct mounting points and such. Does anyone here own a stagea with a baby capsule in it? Where there any hassles? Cheers, Josh.
  2. No luck on the dyno sheet I'm afraid. If anyone is serious about buying it I can go and get another printed out though.
  3. The first thing I did when I bought the car, was put it on the dyno at MRC in Castle Hill to check all of the AFR's and make sure it wasn't knocking/pinging or anything bad like that. From memory it was 170-something at the wheels. 178rwkw I think. Nothing amazingly big, but I wasn't expecting it to be either, seeing as the car has only small mods. Not a whiff of leaning out or knocking either - it was perfect for lack of a better word. I'll try and dig up the dyno sheet for you.
  4. Thanks for the 2 pm's offering swaps, but sadly it has to be a work car. I can't swap for something unless it's a work ute. If I were able to keep a sports car I wouldn't be selling this one
  5. There we go. Thanks Apparently it's a series 2 engine and gearbox that I have in mine. Is that normal for a series 1.5?
  6. If there are any other photo's that anyone wants let me know - I know those night time shots of the engine and interior are a little dodgy.
  7. As per the topic, My R33 GTST is for sale. I'm in a bit of a rush to sell it as I need to get myself a work car pronto. I'm willing to trade for a 4x4 hilux ute or similar. Must be 4WD, and must be a ute. It's a Silver 1995 model R33 GTST I'm asking $14,600. 2.5 litre manual turbo 85000 kms Regular service history and receipts (post Japan only) Parts replaced include shocks, springs, sparkplugs, coilpacks, exhaust, radiator hoses and whatnot. The car has a few simple mods - suspension, exhaust, interior bits and pieces - otherwise the boost, air intake and intercooler are all stock. Well and regularly maintained, and I'm not happy about selling it. Currently, 10 months rego left on it Any queries post 'em here or call me on my mobile: 0421 270 972. Be warned though - I don't check here that often. Car is in Seven Hills (Sydney). Here's some pictures for you. I don't know if it's a series one or a series two. Apparently you can tell from the engine bay or interior or something, so I've included some shots here so you guys can argue about it. It's apparently a series two. -Josh-
  8. Yeah, I think you'll find the shaved section - or the bit on the wheel that looks like it has been rubbing - is actually the balancing marks. They shave tiny amounts off the turbine wheels to make sure they are properly balanced - this is perfectly normal. Where abouts are you located?
  9. I just picked up the grill, but unfortunately it doesn't fit my series 1. So now I have an R33 GTST Nismo grill for sale - Series 2 only! Pickup only, Sydney - $80.
  10. I was wondering if anybody knew what the stock standard wheel specs are for the R33 GTST skylines? Width, rolling diametre/radius, etc? I'm not having much luck with the 'ol search function. I have a sneaking suspicion that the radius of my curren wheel/tire combo is out, and is throwing off my speedo readings. Even if someone could just read off what their tire radius is that would be helpful (providing you're sure that your tire size is correct!). Thanks guys, -J-
  11. Price drop to $1150. Will take less with trade-in (as long as it's non-chrome).
  12. As per topic, I'm after any space saver spare that will fit an R33 GTST. I can organise a pickup in Sydney if need be, but no interstate sellers thanks.
  13. For all those that have been asking: I will sell these wheels for as low as $1000 with tires, providing I get a trade-in on a set of standard R33 GTST rims in reasonable condition. I'll be needing something to drive on!
  14. The ride height looks a little odd because I'm parked on a steep driveway with the handbreak on. In actual fact my car is standard ride height. And here you see them clear of the guards.
  15. Yeah sure - is there any particular photo you want - just the whole side showing both wheels? I'm in the hills district.
  16. SOLD. Sorry to those who missed out, and thankyou to everyone for your interest.
  17. As the topic says, after a standard set of R33 GTST wheels & tires. Don't really care much about the tread or the condition of the wheels. Just needs to be cheap.
  18. I just had a nice little run with a neat looking white R33 GTST. It was heading down windsor road from the old-northern road intersection, out towards victoria ave. I turned off down victoria ave and you kept on going. Had two friendly-sounding blokes in it, and managed to have a half-yelled conversation out the window briefly :-) I was driving the boxy old red celica/supra. Anyway, whoever you are (if you're even on these forums?): G'day and thanks for the nice little drive :-) -J-
  19. I'm still trying to find a set of R33 GTST front calipers - sorry to those of you who pm'd me about this already - are you able to pm me again? Draven: Are you still hunting or have you managed to find a set? You get first dips on any on offer. -J-
  20. And when you're done PM'ing him and he has bought a pair, start PM'ing me because I want a pair too! :-)
