Ive seen an R32 GTS4 manul and turbo. It was the car i learnt how to drive manual on. Since then all i wanted was a skyline and 4 months ago my dream came true! I think a GTS4 Would be a poor mans GTR? And most of us are in that category i think LOL

If you had the chance to drive a GTR that wasnt yours and no one was gonna know you took it for a burn would you? The morally correct person like you or me wouldnt do it. The sly wharfy might be as genuine as you or me. Best of luck getting your car in one peice dude!

Well dude it depends on how far do you have to drive it to the compliance center? If its like under 50k's dont stress and just take it easy.

Just Jap sell R32 RB26's They start at $6500. Just go the ful hog and grab a brand new R33 GTR Motor there only 12 grand! YEAH! Hope this gives you an idea on price dude, best of luck!

Not having a go at you dude, but why not just drive the car to the tuners without the PFC, pull up out the front, lean over and plug it in and tune it. Im sure you can cosmetically fix things up when you take it back home i.e. put kick panels back etc etc.

I had the same problems, my car was pingnig all the time, i did an oil, filter and plug change and the plugs were fuct. How old are you plugs? Hope this helps!

Nice dude! Good to see the mods are paying off. Just save up for some slicks or semi slicks and you should see even better times.

At the end of the day dude just save your pennies for a good brand name turbo like HKS, GARRETT etc etc and you should have minimal problems.

RB25 Boxes are as strong as anything. They shit all over an MX7. They are the same as a GTR box just no transfer case so they can handle a lot of abuse.

Nice. So any recomendations on diff gears i can use for street and the 1/4 mile? Im fair n00b to diff ratios/gears etc etc.....

Check out www.calaisturbo.com.au this quite a popular thing for the VL boys, there is heaps of hybrid VL's out there. I am unsure of the cost, the cost will come down to how much of the work you want to do yourself etc etc. As for turbos and stuff, it depends what kinda power your after...... As for gearbox selection, an R33 box would be the go, they are strong because they are a GTR box just have no transfer case for the 4WD, and a brass button clutch or a double or triple place heavy duty ceramic clutch. Hope this get starts to head you in the right direction...

Hey guys I was just wondering what kinda diff gears does an R32 have. Ive heard if i replace them with 4.11's it should improve my 1/4 times a little. Can anyone shed ome light on this? Cheers!!!!!

Yeah i got a quote off an egzorst place up the road from my joint. the guy said 200 - 350 bucks to bend all the pipes and cut to length. Im happy with that!

Afternoon All I have stumbled across the time to get me a FMIC. Ive got 2 options a GTR cooler or a Hybrid cooler thats the same size as a GTR cooler but nearly twice as thick. Now im liking the idea of the Hybrid because of its thickness. But ive got mixed opinions off people aying hybrid is sh!t and other people raving about them, and the same thing with the GTR cooler. If you were in my shoes what would you do? Cheers, thanks for your time!

Hey all Quick question what size are the 3 gauges that are in the R32/R33 GTR's just above the headeck/climate control? Do you think it would be possiable to put aftermarket gauges in there? Cheers!

Ive been using Mobil 8000 and had no wuckers with it waht so ever. When i went to QLD we needed fuel really bad so i got vortex and my car starting pinging about 50kms after we filled up, i thought the motor had knock sensors? Don these retard the timing so the car wont ping. It was pinging at around 4500 - 6000rpm
