Mine was running on its current power level for 6 months without problems. Put one on to reduce the flutter from compressor surge but thats all. -
I didn't think you could do that with the restrictions? I would prefer to wash it myself...plus I dont have a yard, and dont think there is a hose in the communal underground parking

Do you have any police presence at cruise meets? If they are going to try and stop gatherings maybe there will be police coming through and checking cars (maybe defecting them)...thats not a good thing

Dont forget ou will be working most likely 12 hour shifts and be working on a rota of something like 3 weeks on 1 week off or something along those lines. If you are lucky you could get a 2 on 2 off.

power fc if you can find one for ease of use (straight plug in). Or if you want features like rotational idle, launch control, traction control, anti-lag, dual rev limits etc go autronic not straight plug and play...will require a rewire
