  6. well as it happens mine is for sale Had mine for nearly 5 years and no problems...over 400rwhp and can be driven daily without any issues.
  7. I have had the Blitz DD and also the Greddy S. Both very similar sound, although the Blitz with the sound attachment instead of the filter alters the sound a bit. I found the Blitz was louder by a long way too
  8. thanks Here are some pics of the parcel and tweeter setup...sorry for the size, I just installed vista and haven't got photoshop back on yet. Tweeter location Parcel shelf...not great shots but I was trying to get the raised speaker design in the picture
  9. get a custom rear parcel made up to fit the 6x9's and shaped to clear the battery. I have a custom rear parcel shelf on mine to allow deeper 6's to clear the battery. Looks factory as they put the factory vent in the shelf. If you want pics I can take some and post it up. The tweeters I put on top of the door near the base of the a-pillar.
  10. winding the spring pressure still allows the bov to do it's job. When bought the spring tension is very low and will stall. Increasing the spring tension still gives you the sound that he wants without compressor surge which is what you want to avoid
  11. I had the Blitz DD on a stock S15 and it did initially have stalling problems. Just wind in the spring tensioner and the stalling worries disappear
  12. as Paul said...get a rb25 turbo and if your budget allows for it you could get it highflowed.
  13. haha that's awesome...I think I have found my next upgrade
  14. looks like everyone had fun!!! I enjoyed the sleep in
  15. Happy birthday Sarah We want post birthday bash pics!!!
  16. I'm out...need to rest. Worked all last weekend and til 1:30am this morning (hopefully not so late tonight)...plus not sure if car will be ready.
  17. I had to drive through it this morning...was wondering why cop cars were appearing out of nowhere. I was just before William St when they blocked off the road. I didn't know what was going on until I heard it on the radio after I had already past through. Very bad start to the week...and another reason why people will more reluctant to give a helping hand!! RIP to the deceased just trying to help out.
  18. Westside in Ossie Park did mine...Ken and Ben did top work
  19. you mean this?
  20. if I don't have to work (that date is only 1 week before initial project handover) I might come down and see what she can do ...and pray that nothing breaks seeing as it is for sale
  21. the 555cc and 740cc are about the same price. I was going to go with the 740cc but the sard 850cc worked out cheaper even with the required coller. The bigger injectors wont use more fuel, they will just work at a lower duty cycle to produce the same flow as the smaller injectors. The fuel comes from the tune not the injectors. The bigger injectors just allow more fuel to be flowed based on a tune As mentioned above, you may want to look at a Z32 AFM is you dont already have one.
  22. haha trust me, you will want to upgrade again at some point no matter how much power you have 555cc should be big enough for your current goal, but go bigger if you have plans to go for more power later on
  23. With the supporting mods you already have, the high flow should break into your desired power figure given 18+ psi boost I would think You may want to look at the injectors too so that they aren't running 100%. My 850cc use a max of around 65-70%
  24. haha I have 18's too but with suspension and a 400R front (sitting just over 100mm) it limits where it can go I was getting around 300km's a tank in Perth, but coming to Melbourne I barely break 200km's city driving.
