going by his time line he also posted this advert and thereby the turbo for sale before he actually had it in his hand but somehow he knew that they had not rebuilt his but gave him a brand new one (so his advert title is correct unedited) which he later he states he didn't know till he he opened the box must have jumped back in to his time machine and redid the advert

I missed this reply I'm not even sure what he just said? the turbo was someone else's that f*kd out but because he had arrange a group buy it was his problem to sort out? or did the guy buy the turbo off him 2nd hand it was already screwed and he wanted him go through the hoops of warranty not sure on the time line either pics and sending didn't happen on the same day I remember shit taking awhile and getting worried both sending the item and him supposedly receiving my funds (having worked at a bank shit normally take 24-48 hours not 6 days I was sent pics on the 9th paid on the 10th turbo sent on the 16th according to him turned up cracked on the 22nd

insurance was never spoken about I buy heaps like f*kn lots of shit from Japan (delivered via ems then austpost) I've had one item in well lets just say min 10 years broken by australia post glass r32 headlight covers I'm not even sure the turbo wasn't insured as I did original lodged a claim form with aust post as being the receiver if it was broken in transit it was supposedly my problem according to Austpost (his claim which I accepted after seeing the pics he had, not that he was going to help if I didn't accept his story) thing is that it takes 30 days for Austpost to make a decision all the while I'm turbo less (it has to stay as Austpost) and can't attend the event I planned to also it leaves me unable to see if someone can repair it for me. I choose to after speaking to a fab guy get it repaired without going through the above headf*k I'm sure a month later they would have told me to bang off this thread, his past and his weird comments "claim it via kando under warranty " "I took it to 2 different people to look at it before I sent it" when I'd already paid for it is now making me doubt his version of events if I don't use it it's a f*kn paper weight who's going to buy a turbo that's had a massive crack repaired on it for even close to what I paid? I'm glad the panel's you got off him were good you probably paid $50 for them and got them in person makes it alot hard to f*k someone over if there in front of you this whole stop whining that you got scammed shit has gotta stop to all it does is help them scammer's have people not got a right to be pissed off and want to let other member know there experience to try and save them the same heartache (sorry if this is hard to read pissed off and dyslexia doesn't make for nice writing)

$150 is not alot less how much do you think a new oil line kit is from kando since the one I got with the brand new turbo is rusty slightly wrong chick handed it to me and didn't get a signature why would you randomly let 2 workshops inspect the turbo on the same day you sent it after I'd already paid for it ? there's no way of knowing when it was damaged I took you at your word at the time and this thread is now making me question my decision 1. trying to say I should go to Kando to cover it under warranty for impact damaged doesn't help your cause that your a legit guy 2. telling me you'll just get Ash to delete the feedback (before I had decided to trust your word that it wasn't damaged on your end and would ask for it to be deleted myself) also doesn't help your cause The fuel pump seems fairly simple delivery was screwed up somewhere along the line and it was sent back to you hence the month delay in the buyer getting it clear communication back to the seller would have cleared this up you should have morally sent it again (working out the extra cost between you and him if there is any) or refund the dudes $90

I concluded this based on the photo's you had appeared to show no damage (although these could have been taken before someone dropped it on your end) this guys story's not helping your rep much would be good if you did directly answer his question

PS I'm selling this Kando now as my plans have changed with it it arrived with a crack in the core which I had been repaired by a local fab guy (not really sure if I got duped now I gave him the benefit of the doubt after seeing his pics from before) should not affect performance at all oil line will also need to be replaced as the one that came with it is rusty if anyone's keen on it located in SA prefer not to send as I'd like buyer to inspect in person
