Looking for a good condition r32 GTS-4 diff located in Brisbane. Also consider r32 GTS-t diff, but it MUST SUIT 6-bolt half shafts (or have 5-bolt half shafts supplied). It is going into an automatic sr20det s13.

I am chasing around realistically 200rwkW (optimistically 210-220), so the AFM will be obtained for install at the same time. The injectors are Denso (which I think are made by Sard anyway?), and I got the set of 4, top mount rail and malpassi adjustable FPR with guage for $350 the lot. Told you I was cheap. I have a few questions (starting to get off topic, but I'll press on anyway): Are the maps preset One-size-fits-all, or is each car tuned on a dyno? Also I will be getting a high stall/transcooler/shift kit down the track, will the ECU need to be re-tuned to accommodate? The price for the ca18det is a lot more appealing @ $600, comparable to the e-Manage + dyno time, why is the sr20det package one and a half times the price @ $900? Also the chiptorque website is a bit thin on technical information, and what exactly is done to the ECU, whereas I know exactly what features the e-Manage will provide. Can you explain it in detail what functions of the ECU are adjusted?

A few mods are in my spare room at the moment but they will be before I get it tuned. Redtop sr20det 180sx auto, GTi-R t28, full exhaust, pod, stainless exhaust manifold, FMIC, boost controller, walbro. I have 550cc injectors (top mount + rail + FPR) to go in, and would get a bigger AFM if recomended. I looked at chiptorque's pricing a while back, and it was significantlymore expensive than an e-Manage($400) + tune ($200), are the prices on the website are still current and un-flexible? I'm a cheap bastard you see.

Can you suggest anywhere in Brisbane that can do this kind of re-map/tune? I drive an sr20det 180sx btw.

Well my plan is this: To work nights for somewhere like Nova on a pretty lowsy 210,000y/m (M-F 5-9) whilst attending japanese classes for english speaking dudes 5 days a week. I would also like to fill in other spare time with private lessons or random jobs as need be. I'd be a hostess if I had a slimmer figure and owned a wig but since I don't that option is out. I don't want to live lavishly, I just want a comfortable apartment (to myself), enough money to run a modest drift shitter s13, and hit the piss one night a week. If my plan isn't out of the realms of feasiblility, I will only have to do this for one year before I'm fluent enough in japanese to seek employment as a bi-lingual in my field of expertise (I have a Masters in IT).

Is it the case that most eikaiwa have an "exclusivity" clause, i.e. you are NOT allowed to have another job if you work for Nova or Geos or Aeon or watever? I ask because I had planned to go part-time with Nova and do my own lessons outside of this for extra bling. 2. I have read things which suggest Nova in particular are absolutely draconian and treat emloyee's like grudgingly payed slaves... is this really the case? 3. I have been told that it takes at least NINE MONTHS of full time japanese language school in japan be able to speak at a level where you would be considered bi-lingual (conversational level). How long did it take you guys? 4. Are there other non- teaching jobs easily available to foreigners? Like umm... modeling for western clothes/cuisine/whatever or acting in commercials or some other novelty gaijin jobs? I ask this because I am afraid teaching for an eikaiwa will become unbearably mundane.

I wear XL stuff here in Australia I'm going to have to go to a "specialty" shop for the fuller figured gentleman either that or wear sumo clothes.

Hey, Sorry to dredge up an old thread for my question, but I thought it would be more prudent to tack it on here than to start a new thread. Can anyone offer me an explaination of the below Kanji and what it means, if it even means anything? I have been told it the characters are pronounced "Rai" + "an". Obviously this is why I'm interested... although I know getting your own name tattooed on yourself is a bit cheesy. Cheers!

I am just learning Japanese (from a book/CD combo), planning to move to Kanto region june/july to teach english. Can anyone recommend a good textbook or maybe a TAFE course or something to help me along - my brain is very very lazy and I have great difficulty forcing it to learn new ways of thinking i.e. structuring sentences in Japan.
