I have an r32 gtst with a pinion seal that is beginning to leak. It has a stock diff and I believe that means it is an r200 short nose. However I am hesitant on replacing the seal and leaving the original crush sleeve, I don’t want to do this twice. Unfortunately I can only find crush sleeves labeled as a GTR part, not a GTST.
so, is the factory diff an r200 just like the GTR, or even an s13? Do they share the same crush sleeve? The same seals? Same torque specs? I know the internals are different, and the output shafts are 3x2 instead of 5x1.
I have no interest in swapping diffs. Trying my best to make the stock stuff work
